Thank you for sharing this, Yeti! According to the MLP:FiM Wiki, Discord was a chimera, which actually made a lot of sense prior to his species being defined. Now it says "Draconicus." Although, to me, it sounded like "Draconiquis" or "Draconiquist." Silly Scootaloo, it's not "chaos," it represents "discord." As for Cheerilee not breaking up the fight, she didn't really have much of a chance to yet. We don't see what happens after that scene. As Pinkie Pie says, "give her time."
A Draconicus is completely made up, I searched on google and found pretty much nothing that they could be referencing except for a furry dragon named Draconicus.
First, I'll say that I hope they don't give us too many more clips of this episode. I mean, we do want some things to be a mystery, don't we? On the topic of the clip itself: - It looks like Twist, Diamond Tiara, SIlver Spoon, Snips and snails didn't fall off the face of the planet after all! - We get another appearance from Cheerilee! Yes! She's one of my favorite side characters! - Speaking of Cheerilee, good job on not breaking up the CMC like that! What was probably going through her head at that point: Oh, those three! What AM i going to do with them?" - I like how just being in the presenece of the Discord statue, the CMCs fight with each other. Disocrd is causing "discord" without actually being there in the flesh! - Silly Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo's not a dodo, she's a chicken!
