I'm also going to recycle some of the questions I used in Foxy's Ask Me, because I'm very curious to hear your opinion on some of them. Even though you're leaving, what are some changes you would absolutely want to see on each facet of the site? Do you have any parting advice for both the members and staff? What has been your proudest moment on the site, as either a staff member or just a member? What are some strengths and weaknesses you've observed in each staff member, and do you have any advice on how to improve on the weaknesses? Why are you so awesome? Should I read Homestuck? Can I get a farewell pap? Do you have any personal advice or tips for me on things I could be doing better?
Honestly, I'd like to see more change from the members as opposed to the staff. From personal experience a huge topic in the staff room is "How can we change to make the users happier", and 9/10 they usually get crapped on for it or it goes completely unnoticed. Don't sweat the small stuff. I cannot tell you how many times I have seen a tiny problem escalate into insanity just because some people have problem keep control of either their ego or their pride. Granted I made the same mistake quite a bit, but you can ask others, I would also radically change my opinion mid-discussion because I realized I was wrong. Absolutely the 24 hour shift back in August. It's quite a bit of a task to accomplish, and I'd love to see somebody step up to take the mantle as the 3rd DJ to do so. What are some strengths and weaknesses you've observed in each staff member, and do you have any advice on how to improve on the weaknesses? It's because I shave against the grain and drink my orange juice upside down. You're probably expecting a "GO DO IT NOWWWW" kind of response, but I'd say it'd entirely up to you. If you want to get into it, now would be the best of times because there's currently a long hiatus as the game is in development, so starting now you'd probably be able to catch up by the time updates resume. Naturally the first bit is kind of slow, but there are a few voice acted videos that (if I recall) go all the way to Act 5, so that'd probably help with the boredom. If you're interested Hmmmmm, nope. Nothing comes to mind.
