Well, all they told me was to include the Radio Staff. They should have said they wanted something relevant! Hello, it's the friendly neighbourhood kitsune with a new scheme to get the Radio full to the brim with stuff to goggle eyeballs till they spin. Yeah, yeah, I'll admit: this and Steam Greenlight have a lot in common but the big difference is that this is free and concerns you lot in particular. In fact, the similarities make this rather quick to explain. We have a startlingly open schedule for shows on Everypony Radio and we're thinking of altering that quite a bit. We are asking you creative, courageous ponies that you are to come up with some shows for us to put up on EPR. It's really that simple. If you've ever had a show idea, then this is your gateway. We'll do our level best to give you screen time and any help we can reasonably offer to get your show off the ground and onto the screens of our lil' ol' community! So! What exactly is needed and what do you do? Well... 1) We'll put up a special board just for applications to this. It's a little like how many of you put your name forward for the Everypony Team. You enter your details and general pitch about your intended show. All show episodes must be pre-recorded. Why? Well, for us they're easier to showcase and display on Youtube. For you, they give you the power of editing to allow you to make some polished, quality shows and freedom to peice things together whenever you need it. 2) Each application we receive will then be displayed in another board with details about that show and the Pilot Episode. This will give you the chance to look over what shows you want to see more of. Give criticism, give advice but give them a chance. Rather obvious stuff but anything you apply with has to be within our rules and appropriate. If you end up play a game, for example, in your video you must make sure it's appropriate for the radio's PG-13 rating. Now, a few rules. You can have two flavours of show based on the frequency you say you want to make this at. You know, weekly, bi-weekly or just one off if you want. Any show that is intended as a series or have consecutive episodes needs either a short pilot episode or a trailer. This is just so that you can give the rest of the site a good idea of what to expect and what this will be like. This will be displayed along with your show details If you have just a one-off sort of show, then apply as normal. Submit the video to us and tell us all about it. However, you will have to give us a trailer or something to show to the rest of the site to generate buzz. 3) If there's enough of a buzz, we'll add your show to the schedule and parade your creation on our very own Livestream and Youtube. We'll likely blabber about it on Twitter or Tumblr or somesuch. It's as simple as that. But remember: you've got to be enthusiastic and determined. I made that abomination specifically to terrify everyone in the fandom I come across. I have a much more normal OC, but nobody likes using it because it's too much fun seeing the reactions from the other thing. I'm mostly just confused as to why my OC is the focal point of the whole thing, but I do appreciate your willingness to tolerate having to draw it Tyro. Thank you!
