D&D was awesome tonight. I got to introduce the campaign's main villain. A dragon who talks in memes and uses Sheogorath's voice.
I would approve. Like Discord but better. Without the reformation. His spirit shall live on in my fey dragon. (And it will be passed down from him to himself every few thousand years)
Sorry, but unless the Season Four villian turns out to be the Joker, voiced by Neil Patrick Harris, you won't get a better villain than Discord.
Venom, carnage, sinestro, magneto, doc ock, joker. Then are superior to discord. Discord is limited, remove his limits and he might be a real villain.
Same reason everyone acts like Deathstroke is pure 100% evil despite him being a mercenary/assassin It makes the character seem more awesome. Remember, Discord was originally portayed as a monster version of Q, but he ACTED like the Joker, an anarchist who wants to watch the world burn and be the cause of the fire. Now look at Deathstroke, despite him CLEARLY being a bad guy, he has fought on the side of good before, and THAT is what makes him a round, dynamic character. He doesn't care what side he fights on. But portraying Deathstroke as the villain makes him so much more bad ass because it takes BALLS to go up against Green Lantern with some guns and a sword.
