I get to go to my first brony convention this weekend, not that anyone else cares. The only other thing I can talk about is NES related, in which the result is still the same. I'm a boring person.
Everyones watching E3? Ha! I'm stuck in school... Not even any of the "usual suspects" are watching it against school rules. The heck man. What is this junk. I wish I could watch it and laugh at morons.
According to my former boss, I didn't miss much. Killer Instinct might have been the only game I cared about, but it's been like fifteen years since I've played the original. lol We all remember how well I did at Mortal Kombat II that one time at work.
So far from Tumblr I've learned that there are new games with a dark haired white protagonist that doesn't play by the rules. Sounds bland. I hear EA is up next. That might be funny to see. A improved madden, this year we added a slight update to a useless feature and killed 3 good ones. madden 07 back on the ps2 is by far the best madden. I want that madden back. Fantasy draft, create a team. Maybe throw in a could superstar mode. I have no idea how they could ruin that every year. No lie, they make one improvement but then ruin a dozen others. This last one, you couldn't even import your NCAA player. Why they would remove that I have no idea.
They removed it because if a game had all the good features and has an updated roster then people would have no need to buy the next one. It's the same each year. Improve that but break this. I think the infinity engine was a huge jump forward for gameplay which was something it desperately needed. I hear this next engine is better, but that means nothing to me if superstar mode and franchise suck. Even a minor thing like contracts is silly in superstar mode. The falcons might pay me more, but the Redskins are my favorite team. So I'm gonna go there, maybe the money could be used to buy gym equipment which could give week to week stat boosts. Wow, that was hard to come up with, then that 2 million dollar difference would have been worth something.
It gets on about things like that a lot. These are the kind of people that need to get off the internet for more than half a second.
