I am formally interviewing a Brony tomorrow, for my film & television course. With a full film crew and all that fancy smancy stuff. If you were to be interviewed by news crew, what questions would you want me to ask you? that would help to show Bronies in a favourable light?
What else do you do besides MLP? What got you into the show? Why do you thing the show is popular? Would you recommend MLP to others? Are you proud to be a brony? That's what I got so far. When I wake up I'll post more questions.
Go with your 4W's and H. What's your opinion on how big MLP is? Why do you think it has such wide appeal? Who's your favorite pony? (OK, maybe not) Where do you watch the show? (Can't think of another "Where") How do you like this interview? (OK, maybe not again)
Thank you all. Keep them coming, I'll probably give credit to some of you in the credits to my short film.
How did you come across MLP? What was your first reaction? Who have you converted? Have you met any people from /b/ hatin' on you? Who is your favorite pony? What do you feel about people hating bronies based on their content? What do you feel about shipping fics? What do you feel about Cupcakes? What do you feel about Rocket to Insanity? Would you become a Pony if you had a chance? Would you allow ponies to be real? Who is better? Celestia or Luna? Do you think Rainbow Dash is lesbian? Do you feel 20% cooler because you're a brony? How do you feel about the Community's content?
What do you think, why is mlp:fim so popular with grown people? What do you do beside mlp? Do you like PMV's? What's your massage to general population? Do you like other cartoons beside mlp? Which ones?
Are you a fan of shipping? Heh I'm joking, don't use this question. (Same question as my previous post.) What do you think about the fan-base of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic? ___________ Have you ever met any real life bronies? Have you denied to ever watching the show before you turned into a brony? Have you seen Rainbow Dash in real life? (No don't use this one.) Did I just run out of questions to make? (Yes.)
Congratulations, Setzer - I am sure you'll do a fine job of handling this fellow's interview. The questions that have been posted seem appropriate for the most part, I may have a few to contribute: Do you have any expectations for Season 2 of Friendship is Magic? What are your thoughts on the more popular pony-related artists (musicians, writers, painters, developers?) The voice-acting in the show is very well done - do you have a particular favorite? Multiple theories exist about the out-of-place technology shown - any thoughts on what it implies? Is there anything that concerns you about the 'brony' fanbase, in general? Do you have any opinions on fan-produced pony merchandise? If Hasbro were to take account for the periphery demographic (bronies, adults), what things would you expect from them? Who is the your favorite supporting character (Spike, CMCs, Celestia, etc.)? Some characters were only shown in one episode and never mentioned again (Trixie, Luna, Gilda, etc.) - does this concern you and what should happen with regards to them? Looking back at season 1, what would you consider to be the strongest and weakest episodes? :derpeoes putting icing on a muffin make it a cupcake? This is important. That's most of it - just use whichever you want. Looking forward to the broadcast, so break a leg!
Hmmm... what is your opinion of Discord? How long did it take for you to become a brony? Is this your first time, meeting another brony in real life? Notable reations to pony phrases/merch/etc you've seen? And, your original opinions on the first two episodes, if you saw them first? ..hope that helps a bit ^_^
