Easy, just making a freaking joke, but whatever. Anyway, British food sounds fancy, like fish and chips!
I was joking as well. I mean, what I said is true, but I was saying it jokingly. Like... stuff. American stereotypes are true, far too often... God my IRL friends make me feel bad about this country so often...
Good. Now the mod community can attempt to make it as HD as possible. Maybe then the fans will stop whining. .....I want an HD remake of XII. XII never gets the respect it deserves.
Total yes. I f$cking love Ivalice. I have a couple qualms about XII's story but they don't stop it from being one of my favorites in the series.
XII had a story? I had no idea. I was too busy running around the awesome world, killing badass beasts.
You mean none whatsoever? Come on man, it was a poor attempt at WoW (Single-Player Remix). Though I will concede that VII gets massively overhyped, due in my opinion to 20-something's nostalgia for their first JRPG. 9 and 10 deserve more love too.
Oh look another one. Why does everything get compared to WoW? To each their own I suppose, but I never did get it.
With FFXII they directly emulated the common core combat mechanics from the MMORPG genre that WoW has without question exemplified. So my comparison is, somewhat, accurate. We can all agree than XIII was rubbish though, right? PS: I did try WoW once. Didn't like it. End.
*Is suddenly pop* I wasn't a big fan of XIII, but it did have a pretty fantastic soundtrack. :3 As for VII, it was a pretty awesome game. VI was probably among my favourite-ists though. X was okay, though Tidus kinda annoyed me... Wish I'd played XII. :S
Meh, I wouldn't say they pulled from MMOs. It was more of an evolution of the ATB system, which had been around for far longer than any MMO. But yes FFXIII was crap in a can, lol. I heard XIII-2 was good but by then I had stopped caring.
I did not like VI *ducks and hides* The characters were fine, it just got boring. And Kefka isn't nearly as amazing as everyone says he is. Annihilistic clown...woo? Golbez and Jecht are my favorite FF villains.
VI had some neat battle mechanics, and of course music. But I also agree Kefka isn't the best FF villain. He's just considered a unique villain, especially for his time, because of his evolution from a relatively minor midgame boss to an endgame demigod, and he gets compared to Sephiroth a lot for uh, some reason. Neither of them matter because Vayne is cooler than both. lol Legacy title, lol. Back in the '80s Square was going under, so they named their game "Final Fantasy" because they thought it was going to be the last thing their studio produced.
Nope. I liked XIII quite a lot. The thing is, I liked it as a game, but liked it less as a Final Fantasy.
