I'm not quite sure what Ghan does, and why he doesn't post very much and is still the server technician.
This has gone off the rails, and I'd rather this not turn into more of a fight about the integrity of users. I appreciate the input of the ponies here, but let's not go overboard and remember that we're all still members with feelings.

Wow. So, this has turned into a festival of accusations and confessions. This is one of the problems. Get the **** over yourselves. You're human, I'm human, we're all human. Said it before and apparently I have to say it again: keep that **** behind the scenes. It disinterests any new members. No new members means less new ideas which means we ourselves become disinterested with the forums. Like a domino effect. I'm sure you all know what happens after that. This thread has devolved. Everything that could be helpful has been said and any further posts are just repeating themselves (as this one is) or criticizing other users, which shouldn't be something done in a thread such as this one. I don't care if you're 50 or 10 (mentally or physically) or a one armed wallaby, as long as you do your goddamned job as a moderator and we do our jobs as users, what does it matter? tl;dr: stfu and get back to the forums. EDIT: Wonder how long we can go before this gets locked.
Ghan doesn't post because he does not really have an interest to. He's the server technician because the server we reside on, is up kept and managed by him. Such suggestion has been taken, but I still would rather come to the conclusion of ideas and brainstorming. If not that; then I'd rather not speak about what I like seeing as it doesn't relate to why this thread was started.

...But where is action, without anything to think about? Brainstorming ideas puts us on the never ending treadmill so then we shall be stuck working on ideas constantly.
