chat blanked out on me

    this is all I see everytime I go to chat

    if it means anything, the green dot in the corner only blinks at first then it just stays green
    it's exactly the same for both chrome and IE

    EDIT: it seems to be okay now
    but that was a whole 20 min there was a problem with it

    That was Mike fiddling with some settings. It seemed to work alright with Firefox, from what he told me. For now, he's set it back, so it should work properly on all browsers again.

    the problem i have looks the same as the picture he posted and iv been getting this problem for like a hour now

    Okay, have you tried clearing your browser cache? Have you tried other browsers? What browser(s) and versions are getting the issue?

    i haven't tried clearing the cache and im using firefox at the moment but i have tried google chrome and its getting the same thing

    Hmm... Well off the top of my head it might be a Flash issue (Chat needs this for functionality). Try uninstalling Adobe Flash completely then download it again here

    Hmm...strange indeed. I'm not too sure what could be the specific cause. Something might be amiss somewhere in browser configurations or perhaps conflicting plugin/addon. I'm sorry that I couldn't fix this for you.
