    I liked transformers for the fighting and explosions. That's what I went in expecting and that's what I got. I didn't expect and good story or anything so it was okay just to see robots fight. I honestly can't remember any of the plot at all. I remember the fights though.

    The first movie was a loose representation of the first three pilot episodes, I thought that was nice, land on earth - hoover dam - megatron gets dumped in the ocean. very loosely mind you.

    Transformers the animated movie (1987) was better.

    Not really it only appealed to transformer fans it was a terrible movie... but that's me so I love it :3

    as far as piloted robots are concerned, even though they kind of turn into them actually. I love Teknoman! <3

    Fair enough. I just remember the Michael Bay ones getting worse and worse as they went on.

    Anyway, Pacific Rim looks...Well, it looks dumb but that's why it looks like fun. It's giant robots verses monsters, that's B-movie silliness with CGI wizardry.

    It's so old, you really don't, it's just something I grew up with XD

    The design is still my all time favorite though, it's not bulky, because it's molded to the person, not just a dude in a machine.

    What, giant piloted robot talk?

    As far as my as my favorite in the category of "Neo-hyper-laser sword-etc-etc" Japanese mechs go, I like the ones from Armored Core.

    Although, my all time favorites are the slow, clunky, city-block-busting ones from Mechassualt.
