Name: Agent Dagger Burn Codename: Phoenix Agent type: Stealth Appearance (If you have one): a mare with a white coat, she has a red mane similar to rarity's and red eyes. One eye is pupilless and so pure white. She however combats this through a high tech eye piece she only wears on missions. Personality: always concentrated and focused on a mission. She usually tends to be the one that stay's behind in order to keep the enemies at bay and allow others to escape without harm. Reason why you became an Agent: She has always wanted to serve equestria. So she joined the Equestrian military as a front line soldier. There she showed her bravery staying behind in a firefight to allow Others in her squad to escape with a wounded soldier. That's when she lost sight in one eye; after a long battle she failed to notice a grenade fly past and explode shrapnel getting in her eye. Luckily she escaped after her squad returned to aid her and carry her back to base. She was honorably discharged and awarded the princesses cross for bravery. Though she wanted to serve more so she approached Celestia and joined the ESS.

After stopping a shipment of Contrabanned goods to Manehatten, Cipher was transferred to the ESS.
