You should probably make these decisions before the CP's are posted. Makes it a lot easier on everyone.
You don't need luck, Dragon, I have full confidence you'll be a prime example of what a mod should be. You're the first competent moderator in a while who isn't hell-bent on godmodding their opinion/view onto the users.* *Excluding the obvious good 'ens like Yeti and that one guy below who likes IRNBURRUR
Yes, it's very obvious that everyone on staff is only there for the fame and VIP status, everyone is selfish and not a single one of them cares about the site, and Dragonbait is the only worthy paragon of light and hope in the darkness. Obviously you, and you alone, can speak the wise words of truth! What i'm trying to say here is, ~Edit~ ~Edit~ The staff isn't allowed to say this, so i'll say it in their stead. I know i can speak for most of them, both former and present staff, and i believe i can speak for alot of other people on this website when i tell you: ~Edit~ I'm expecting the staff to ban me for this. That said, it's totally worth it. And don't bother reporting this post. I already did so myself. -Text removed due to indecent wording-
My my my. I thought the new mod picks would be exciting, but this is something else. Almost forgot. For the record I completly disagree with mig.
Oh, come now, Mister Kuja! You really must learn not to take things so personally! Yes, Miggy can be a bit of an ass, but who here is without flaws?
Don't worry about the last part. It's better we just ignore both sides of the spectrum. In all honesty the mods should have just deleted the post, but eh.
-Nods in agreement- After reading through the entire thread....I just wanted to chime in. Some of the staff spend hours and hours on this site, whether or not you see it. Lots and lots of time that takes away from their IRL. I feel like you aren't giving any of them enough credit for the effort they are putting forth. Whether or not you were on staff it seems you don't understand the hours that these people spend on this site. Not everything is instant gratification. Problems take time to fix. The more problems there are, the more time it takes.
I do not think people understand the amount of stress and hard work that comes from a job like this. It seems like it'd be easy, but it really isn't, for a variety of reasons. And as most of us know, stress changes people... and, for the most part, for the worse. (Also keep in mind though, hours don't necessarily mean effort.)
