Well, a barrage half the size to what the persian army did to the Spartans did in the movie 300 is enough to take out a shield. The Seraphi don't actually travel that far they are only out of site due to the sight limitations of helmets back then. also can you rephrase the last question I don't fully understand it.
The Lunarians wear tough leather armor made from the skin of carnivorous Rotgut toads. It is extremely difficult to cut or pierce, leading to the Lunarian strategy of leaping down the Rotgut's throat (being swallowed whole in the process) and killing it from the inside out. For weapons, they carry iron spears and daggers, as well as numerous iron flechettes to drop on enemies. Lunarians are masters of unconventional warfare, and form tactics based on each individual situation.
So the "out of sight" mostly just depends on the army's helmets then. And the last question was because it sounds like that would be a fairly sizable force(like 10,000+) and you said your people have a fairly limited population, so I was wondering, say it's an army about 200 strong or something small like that? And no, I'm not planning an invasion, the Old Kingdom was never even on your island :/ - - Auto Merge - - Wait, then how do they cut up the skin to fit their soldiers if it's so hard to cut or peirce? It is tough, not invulnerable. I would compare it to steel scale armor. They cut it using small knives made from Rotgut teeth, which are stronger than steel.
At the current state in time out of the maximum 65k population 6.2k is the current amount at this point in time so the army is about 600-750 strong.
Ryborians, (Especially Spell-Swords) wear a set of armor that is a combination a highly resistant metal with leather with a thin chest plate underneath that is as hard as diamonds. Almost a mirror image to Loki's armor in the Avengers. The Crimson Roses is exactly the same, with the difference of wearing animal themed masks over their faces and with hoods, with their armor being a dark red and black. The Eriborian's Armor is completely black, with gold outlines for the metal and for indicating his status as a leader. Weapons wise, half of them carry Spell-Swords. Spell-Swords are the combination of a staff and their katana styled swords. With symbols all across the blade, almost giving the weapon a decorative appeal, they light up (Usually blue) when magic is inside of the blade. They can used this stored magic to perform extremely powerful moves, such as literally being able to slash the opponent with fire or lightning. It is extremely light, weighing no-more than a real katana, and are astronomically tough. However, these swords are also the hardest of it's kind to make, requiring huge periods of time to make a high quality sword. Other weapons they use are Staffs and anything they could use to kill another opponent, but 'modify' them into producing the same effect a Spell-Sword has. Currently, the Ryborian population is 10,000. Military wise, could be considered 40% of the total population. But everybody, Everybody, from the Eriborian downwards has had military training for a minimum of five years, tiny when compared to their 4,000 year life span.

Since everyone is doing fighting junk... I have no idea what to put. I guess the Saberai specialize in one v one combat above all else, but with obsidian armor and weapons they are very strong. Without the armor they have nearly unmatchable speed, agility, and stealth. With the exception of their puffy, cuddly, giant tails. I kinda... messed up my dream of super stealth with that, but c'mon! THEY HAVE GIANT PUFFY TAILS! So worth it... but anyway yea.
No. They have horns and saber-teeth fangs, human hands and MASSIVE tails. Ninjakitty has a small tail, and the humanoid form is small and cute. These are large and somewhat scary, except for the tail.

Hey guys, sorry for forcing my way in a little, but i've been invited (FORCED) by Snow, wich decided i'd get in right before he went to sleep.
