This can include: Gif resizing (to include in your signature, for example); Image stitching (having many images to put together into a gif); Gif editing (providing a gif and what you want to edit in); Gif appending (provide a gif that you want to be added onto another gif); Vibrating gifs (I made a script for this.) When requesting a gif, please give me some extra info about it. : The size of the image: give dimensions of the image, a scale percentage of the original gif, a limit on the height, a limit on the width, etc. The delay between the images: in milliseconds The cropping of sides: Give the amount of pixels to be cropped off each side in a 4 term ordered pair. Look for templates and examples for providing this information! If some info doesn't apply to your request, leave it out. The above link is resized to 230x230, yet is too large of a file to be an avatar picture. I had to make it even smaller and reduce the amount of colors to use it as an avatar.

That's because you resized it to 230x230 without a proper program. Most raster image editors only save the first frame. This is why I help resize gifs. Resized, and removed a frame that didn't have the text on it. It's barely noticeable in the original. Bloop! EDIT: 'Tis a beautiful avatar you have now.
I've finally figured out how to make videos into gifs. Here are the two I've made so far. They tend to be rather large files (~2-3 megabytes). In fact, when I first make them, I get them in 1920x1080 (~10 megabytes). I have yet to put a caption on them. The famous Cadence wife throw, because I can't find a gif of it.
