It was a threat to a state, not the entire nation. It's not like they put a ****load of other bombs everywhere or even had plans to.

And this is how I normally talk, I'm not angry or anything.

3 innocents die in America, everybody loses their minds. Hundreds, even thousands in the Middle-East everyday die, and nobody seems to care. We are so focused on our lives, that we care nothing about others.

And this whole suspect thing about the bombings, this is a load of crap. How could Dzhokhar Tsarnaev "Confess" to the media about his involvement if he was SHOT IN THE THROAT? America is trying to keep quiet about this, the corrupted disease that is the media poisoning our minds to tell us lies. Hell, Ive seen the media blatantly lie directly to reporters during the trial.

You're simply saying that the fight happened Apparently for no reason? The system for Zimmerman, worked. I would be against him and his almost senseless act of murder, however, he burden of proof was on the state to prove that he didn’t reasonably believe that his life was in imminent danger. The fact that Zimmerman was, in a sense, responsible for the altercation does not mean that he “initially provoked” from the conflict. And remember, The fact that he was armed and Trayvon Martin wasn’t is likewise immaterial to the state's self-defense law. He received the fairest trial America had to offer him. Self-Defense is not a crime.

Zimmerman is a man who decided to act on his own, and yes, he should have been guilty for the charges of manslaughter. The case was so weak that the local Sanford District Attorney refused to bring charges against Zimmerman. That is why, on the orders of the governor, an outside District Attorney had to be brought in to handle it. Zimmerman is weak, and this entire case would have been avoided if he stayed out of it.

You obviously haven't see the state of crime that Australia has in that particular age-group. I've seen it all. My generation in Australia, especially the northern suburbs of my city is messed up, I watched my friends get stabbed in-front of me at my school when there was racial conflicts. This is merely none of my business about that, i have been called worse.

Simply put, it depends what the exact definition of justice is to the morality of a human being. Like the picture of oxygen to a drowning man. We all have different views and so forth, and this is basically how i seen this case.

This is like the 1992 L.A Riots all over again. Might as well stay out of this.

That's not at all what I said. The reason the fight happened is blatantly obvious. If Zimmerman waited for the police to handle the situation as he should have things would have probably went a lot smoother... Zimmerman made a stupid move. Self-defense is not a crime, if you're not a moron and don't get yourself into those situations. He basically picked a fight, then cried about self defense to baby himself out of the charges. He should not have walked free.

I'm sorry to hear that, but you can be the better individual and not say rather vulgar things.

Alright. I'll be the better man and apologize. I'm sorry for starting an argument and that what i have said has led to my attitude being disrespectful. Once again, im deeply sorry. I felt like crap when i posted 'that' post, and I'll change my attitude.

You're absolutely right. But i don't really like the justice system allowing Zimmerman to become a freeman. This is similar to the Rodney King incident in 92 which led to the L.A Riots. Yet again, becoming an officer is one of my 'secondary' career choices. I was simpily acting immature and was acting unprofessional. Once again, sorry about that.

While it is true that only three people were killed, it is also true that nearly three hundred people were injured, some of them quite severly.

Multiple bombs were found in their home. I would say that it's reasonable to assume that they intended to use them.

Zimmerman was getting the bejeezuz beaten out of him. He acted in self defense. Who in their right mind would call that murder? That Trevon thug is the real crook. What kind of innocent person kicks the crap out of someone?

If by 'Beating the Crap out of someone' you mean a couple cuts and bruises that looked nothing like the scale of which his lawyer said happened, then, yes, Trayvon was a violent man who had to be put down, obviously, right. Zimmerman is clearly a saint and has stayed out of trouble with the law since-- oh... wait...

Fact is? Trayvon would still be alive if Idiot Zimmerman had just stayed in his damn car. He took a life away for no good reason, it was his fault, and he should have paid the price.

But that's neither here nor there.

Sergeant_Killshot, Zimmerman was negligent. He disobeyed the instructions to stay inside. He placed himself, as an armed individual, directly into a conflict. I'd imagine Trayvon was scared and angry and all kinds of things that any of us would be when accosted by some guy on the street. Trayvon fought, but Zimmerman took a life. Those two actions are on totally different levels. I don't think it counts as self-defense when you put yourself in that position in the first place. Odds are, they were both in the wrong, but Trayvon is dead and Zimmerman isn't. We only had one left to punish.

This topic has been beaten to death.

    Are we still on this?

Why does anyone even care? People die all the time, especially when you point a gun at them and pull the trigger. I don't see anything special about this, some white guy killed black kid because the kid was acting suspect and the white guy was a racist xenophobic dickwit.

Wow. Looking back at my remarks in this thread. I was an idiot

This is why I should never go on EP at 3 in the morning. I tend to say stupid crap without any thought.

The reason the whole stupid event even got blown out of proportion was because people insinuated that there were "racial undertones". Any other time, nobody would've given a damn. It would've been just another shooting.

That right there was the media's fault. To me it was never a race issue, just some vigilante wannabe waving a gun around.

I /maybe/ would have been on Zimmerman's side at the end of all this if he wasn't a scumbag who lied on the stand, got his story inconsistent, and got in trouble with the law many times after the trial.

    Guy's a common mook.

But this topic is long dead. Did it seriously have to be revived? Kyehehe

And Crim Crim, baby, it's all good. We all have those days.
