The Lunar Pegasi are stronger than humans. They dig MUCH faster. I also made it clear that the elevator was pony-powered. Also, this is a roleplay, not a history book. Just go with it.
:/ -wonders off to consider leaving again because this is nothing like how Terra developed, and I'm not really in it anyways-
Here, have a timeline of just one of the many countries on Terra, Glory: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1D1s7bLyiq51zGE3ETkbiVgANWwR3i-cb0g_reCpK5sI/edit?usp=sharing Not to mention it has a fully functional language and culture to go with it
I wasn't really expecting it to MATCH, I was just hoping it would be a realistic, fun little ride through history...which this has definitely not been...
I disagree. I think that things have been quite realistic, in terms of each individual race and how they would develop. Remember... most of these races are not human.
Remember, many of these races would likely never develop like they had. Like it is highly unlikely for there to be "4,000 year lived" species, and just being plain hard to kill for little to no reason. Also, tell me, how is it realistic for 2500 of your species to control a large empire! 2500 is barely a town...
They d¡dn't conquer. They assimilated. The Earthkin CHOSE annexation because they were grateful to their liberators. It's wasn't hard to take out the few bullies that were oppressing a race of peaceful farmers. Besides... the Empire really isn't huge. When you take into account that Ardelan is the size of France, you get a scale for the entire continent, which is slightly smaller than Europe. Considering that Lunar Pegasi are from Equestria, where it is possible for ponies to break the sound barrier, I am calling a top flight speed of around 200mph to be show accurate. At that speed, flying a thousand or more miles in a day is not difficult.
This isn't the RP that I wanted, either. However, I intend to see it through. How does everybody feel about an Olympics-type event to end the current age? Also, how does everybody feel about Kaiju?
Kaiju (怪獣 kaijū?) is a Japanese word that literally translates to "strange creature". However, the word Kaiju has been translated into English as "monster" or "giant monster" and refers to unnatural creatures of immense size featured in science fiction films from Asia, particularly from Japan. Kaiju films usually showcase Kaiju of any form attacking a major Japanese city or engaging another (or multiple) Kaiju in battle.
So what exactly is everyone planning with their recent events? (glowy statues, mine discoveries, and what robins doing.)
Kaiju, a prophcised apocalypse, every culture linked together and "gods" ? I wonder if these Kaiju are exactly like the ones from Pacific Rim. Also, age advance ?
