On Saturday I am interviewing a brony, I havn't met face to face with yet, that I found on facebook. After that we plan to go to the pub and hang out. I will most definitely wear my Bright lemon yellow and pale pink Fluttershy shirt. At a pub this seems kind of risky. But I have not had a negative response towards my shirt yet, but I have mostly been around my collage. A pub in the middle of the main city centre, with possibly drunk people is a whole new can of worms. What is the most daring place you have worn ponies? or what is the most daring place you can think of to wear ponies. Also depends on the shirt, because there are many pony shirt out there that are subtle and others that blind people with their bright colours and adorableness. I want the SweetyBelle dumb fabric shirt, soooo much.
My most standing out one. -I Heart Derpy Shirt from WeLoveFine: I didn't really show it off because I clearly had a jacket the whole time, but I opened it up during my last class of that day, and when I went down from the third floor I'm not sure if I got any stare or responses. The one the I probably had the most stares or responses I never heard from, was the Rainbow Dash 20% Cooler Shirt. Pretty much you can see it in the video. If you have seen it yet go to the bottom of this post for the video. It pretty much was one of the most vivid shirts I got from WeLoveFine. Since it was Rainbow Dash without a silhouette just like the "Brony" Shirt but with all of Rainbow Dash's colors. So for that shirt, I wore it around the mall...two days in a row (Just for testing purposes.) One with jacket and without a jacket, and I've gotten stares and such I assume...still haven't met an open brony or a brony at all...maybe they are one, but just don't walk up to me. I wear mine all the time to the mall except Sweetie Belle, I think I'll do that tomorrow. I'll post what happens and when I go to work I wear my pony shirts. You be safe though, you hear. Drunken idiots fight all the time for nothing. This shirt went over really well at work, everyone seemed to like it. I mean EVERYONE even the haters didn't say anything.
I don't have ponies to wear. :S If I had to choose the riskiest, though, I'd have to say either a funeral, church, or somewhere where subjectively manly men hang out. Generally, though, people don't make a big deal out of things like that in public unless it's in a school situation. The first two are only based on the fact that it's extremely inappropriate for the occasion.
Y'know, I've played around with the idea of having DJ P0N-3 printed on a black T-shirt and then wearing it on stage with the band. On the other hoof, I'm still fully in the stable (to the point where this identity of mine has only ever come in contact with other bronies), and I'm not sure if I want to explain it all to my bandmates.
The most daring place? An anti-brony convention. Just imagine that-! My shirt's been delayed to Monday, but aside from work (like Applebuck, uniforms an' all), I can't think of some place I won't wear it. And it's a Rainbow Dash shirt, so you know what these rednecks are going to think.

This is the shirt I got. I wear it around school and, because of it, two more of my friends now know I'm a brony. They don't care, which is awesome, but the whole "I'm wearing the shirt with the design stolen from Mega Sweet" kinda freak me out. I feel like a brony in my school will come up and say "Hey! Isn't that Mega Sweet's design?". I feel like bad and good for wearing it.
I'm going to say the place I was born and bred, Llanrumney. Llanrumney is a large estate on the outskirts of Cardiff. Thing is, because it's rather isolated, the people there aren't as socially etiquetted as most. The brits here may know what I mean when I say 'it's full of hardcore chavs'. It has got to be one of the most socially inhospitable places you can go to while staying out of 3rd world countries. I recall a group of teenagers stabbing a man while he walked home because they believed he was gay. As horrible as that as, Llanrumney is actually used to these things. Rapes, murders and child abductions are far too common place, and as much as I refuse to hide being a brony to anyone, Llanrumney is my only exception. Being honest, I would have to deny any knowledge of ponies just to keep safe. I also remember an animal activist being beaten to death once. If you bring attention to yourself in Llanrumney, seldom will it bring you any good. There's a reason whenever I visit my dad's house (we usually meet up in the city centre), I dress as chavvy as possible, just so I blend in. So yeah, I'm fairly confident Llanrumney is one of the worst places you can wear a pony shirt, or at least one of the worst places any member of this site has been to. God forbid should there be worse.
Your lucky you got the shirt before Megasweet's design that got stolen was taken off of all of Hot Topic :/ Well I still have WeLoveFine shirts. :derpe:
My only concern is Dash shirts, and that's just because of rainbow colors and the useless rednecks around here. I've got a Big Mac shirt, an Applejack shirt and a hoodie with the mane six on it, and I wear them proudly. I'm a big, intimidating dude (remember, I work as a correctional officer), but rainbow colors in Northwestern Florida/Lower Alabama are kind of a taboo thing. But I can deal, as I'd rather rock something with the best earth pony there is anyways. And keeping on topic, I can't really see anywhere a pony shirt wouldn't be acceptable, as I wear mine grocery shopping, out to dinner with the family, to the store, meeting up with friends.. (All of which are non-bronies.) Be proud of who you are and what you love. Remember, haters gonna hate, and it's up to us to spread the love and tolerance of bronydom among those not fortunate enough to have been stuck by the awesomeness of that which is My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic! *departs soapbox*

I could imagine. You have to be proud of your passions though, regardless. I'm going to New Orleans soon, and you can bet your flank I'm gonna go ponified there too.
