The Unpopular Opinion Thread

Yeah, the media in America sucks.
We've got Fox News pushing the conservative agenda while claiming to be "Fair and Balanced," and we've got the other big media outlets pushing the liberal agenda, while presenting themselves as the choice of intelligent and educated Americans.
It's sad that the only honest news programs on television are on Comedy Central.

 

Right on. It seems everything has a liberal bias except Fox News, which is, well, Fox News. It's pick your poison. Media in America is so bad it's funny, then so funny it hurts, then hurts so much that it isn't funny anymore. That bad.

I loved the new Superman movie, as well as the recent Baz Lurhmann adaptation of "The Great Gatsby"

 

Anime sucks, with the exception of 2 or 3. PSG is the worst thing I've ever seen in my life.

 

I can't make myself to watch a full episode of any anime.

 

You need to be slapped.

 

Why? It's not my fault that show is terrible.

 

Two reasons.
1.) PSG is hilarious.
2.) I needed an excuse to use the dog-slap gif.

 

I guess it can be funny, that such a crappy thing could even exist.

 

Now, I'm all for having an opinion, but that seems like you're stating it as fact.

It's horrible to you, but it has a sizeable fanbase; Try not to say such things like that. I can of course see why you think it's horrible, but seriously. At least try to respect the fans even if you personally dislike it.

 

This isn't a thread for judgment. If you don't like my opinion, that's your problem. I don't care how you read my posts. I don't whine about others who hate things that I like, at least not here. It's "unpopular opinions." So yeah, I dislike something that a lot of others like. Deal with it. :derpe:

It's a differing opinions thread. The whole idea is an argument. As long as it doesn't get personal or aggressive, why does it matter?

It's your opinion, yes, but you're being incredibly aggressive about it. A simple 'I'm not really a fan of the show because I think it's a random snorefest' would have been better than 'It's just terrible'.

Unpopular Opinion thread does not give you the right to bash whatever it is you dislike. It's a place where you state an unpopular opinion, not force it on other people. Seriously.

For example. I don't like Steam. It's stupid and an insult to gaming. Never told anyone they were wrong for thinking otherwise.

 

I love conflict of others, which is why I watch such crappy American/British daytime television but am terrified of it in reality most days. But sometimes, I getthe overwhelming urge to spark up some kind of heated argument in a crowded environment and then rip off my shirt to reveal a super-heroine attire and Kick ass the **** outta them both and become a hero.

I despise American remade versions of British shows WITH A PASSION. Don't even have to watch it, I will automatically assume it's terrible.
