I'm having a little trouble with my keyboard currently, and the problem seems to present itself in a large amount of sour cream covering my numpad and arrow keys. On my sleeve as well at this point actually. Facetiousness aside, does anyone know how to properly clean out a keyboard? I'd prefer not to have to replace it.

Sour creme on a keyboard. What did you expect?

^ That video almost makes it seem more worth it to just buy a new keyboard.

Perfect. Now perhaps a guide to cleaning sleeves is in order.

You can pop those keys off and work a wet cotton swab (distilled water or rubbing alcohol) to get that out.

Thanks, I've got it covered now. Or rather, not covered. In sour cream that is. Anyway.

I remember using that keyboard on my old PC. Now that I upgraded, I have new equipment that is bound to break. (Currently Mouse3/Scrollwheel is broken on my Deathadder.)

Here's my trusty keyboard I've been using for a while. (Not my pic, but it's the correct keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Mechanical Keyboard 2012*Blue keys* -2013 is green instead-)

Hope no one back then sees me active for just this post lel. I've been gone forever~ *lurk*

This particular keyboard it special to me. I've had it since 2001. It's survived being dropped into snow, which is also impressive and rather unnecessary. Although I wish I still had my old Russian-English keyboard, it was mechanical so it was great to type with, but it was a dull grey and the 1 key on the numpad didn't work, but it had a nice feel to it.
