That was absolutely heartwarming. The effort you put into making this video alone displays how much of a brony you truly are. Every time I hear a story about how the show has impacted someones life for the better makes me ... well 'Smile Smile Smile' ^^ With every story comes an even greater respect and love for the show. Great story, dude! Thanks for sharing! What I always tell people about this show is that it doesn't matter who the target audience is. If you love animation, it's a great cartoon series period. I would argue that it's one of the best cartoon shows ever made and deserves a place alongside such classics as The Flintstones, Rocky And Bullwinkle, DuckTales, As Told By Ginger and Batman The Animated Series.
While I do like the effort you put into the video, it feels like it could have been explained in a shorter amount of time.
Awesome story, man - to parrot what Nights said, very heartwarming indeed. There's a lot that can be objectively said about a cartoon that can drive an audience to laughter or tears, but it's the subjective experiences of how people were drawn into that show that I have the most fun listening to. Glad to have one more person in the world who could open his mind and heart to such a wonderful show in spite of the "little girls' show" argument most others use as an excuse not to watch.
