    My guess is that Pony Plushies could pull support from EP because they aren't getting as much traffic to their site from here as they'd hoped, so they tried to find any ad to keep them going.

    This ad of all things though...

    I mean, why not try something with the already instantiated affiliates? Or just looked for a different ad in general?

    Or maybe, I dunno, advertised their own donation page a bit more than just mentioning it in one post.
