I'm sorry to hear that so many ponies have been having it rough lately, I wish I could help, but all I can offer is advice and maybe a few words of comfort. Just remember, life is full of ups and downs, and even though things may seem bad now, just know that it will get better. Until then, just know that we're here for you. Keep your chins up and your tails high everypony.
Did I miss something? Are you up for some awards? That's always good. I can understand, though, if you're feeling a little stage shy. Any ways, if your parents are being education-picky (not always a bad thing), it's not your fault.
Haven't seen you around in a while, Tommy. I remember you where there when I first joined the forums. Um, I don't know excactly in what situation or state of mind you're in right now, but it sounds like your head is pretty full of things and you need to rest your mind a bit. Here's some things you might want to try: - Have a cup of tea - Take a stroll - Take a shower - Get some rest / sleep I especially recommend the last one. *group hugs back*
Another needlessly long day, I feel like. D: Woke up at 4:00 and couldn't sleep, so I went back in to work at 9 and stayed for over twelve hours. Can't wait to get more crappy sleep tonight. I don't know what's wrong with me. Sorry brothers, but I might be disappearing for a while after today. I have no idea how this next two weeks and on will fly...
Hmm... have you considered going to Herr Doktor (A doctor) for this? Lack of sleep can extremely affect your sleep patterns and result in less and less sleep, ESPECIALLY if something is on your mind. ... IS something on your mind? Remember, we're here to help.
My day went good I love having Intro to Motion Picture I as a class we get to watch movies and then discuss them. What could be more fun than watching Charlie Chaplin?
Ah, true, true. But... can Silent films do... THIS!?
Nothing really happened for me today, I had school, rehearsal was cancelled until next week, went home, fell asleep, just woke up now XD. Try relaxing and opening your mind :3 Agreed, just keep a positive perspective for as long as you can and I'm sure things will seem a lot better. That sucks, you feeling any better now? That's cool dude, take as much time as you need. Charlie Chaplin is amazing, have you ever seen that biopic featuring Robert Downey Jr as Chaplin? I really wanna see that XD
I'm sick. Headache... guts acting weird... had a bad night of sleep. Anyhow, I stayed home today and this morning I had the the most pleasant surprise. By chance I discovered MLP:FIM is on Dutch television now! (on nickjr). And the voice acting is actually very tolerable! I just LOVE how they gave Applejack a Belgian accent /)^3^(\
I'm about to tell of an event yesterday that made me rage as never before: All right, it was lunch time and I went to a sub shop that is on the second floor of my college student center (the first floor is a cafeteria) I asked for my sandwich, but the grill wasn't working, so I had to settle for a regular Jan and cheese. All right, fine. Then when I went to go pay, the register wouldn't open to give me my change. The cashier went off to god knows where and I stood there, waiting......a LONG time. A line formed behind me, and I started feeling self-conscious. The lady came back and moved everyone through the line who had a card. I offered to use mine, but the lady said that it was too late. I waited, and waited, and waited. Suddenly this lady comes out of nowhere with a baby stroller (she was the lady in charge, I guess.). She tried opening the stupid register. Nothing. So she told me to follow her. I followed her down a side hallway, where she led me to an elevator. Not a normal elevator, but a cargo one that had a grate and closing metal doors and everything. It was like the Matrix. We went down a floor and exited out to a long, white hallway. She led me to the far end. I opened a door and we were in the cafeteria kitchen. I followed her past all the ladies cooking (which just made me hungrier) and into her office, where she opened a safe....that had another safe in it. She finally took out some cash and gave me my change.....ugh... I found out I was running late to class, so I stuffed the stupid sandwich in my backpack and ran. After class, I took out my crushed lunch and finally took a bite.....the sandwich had onions in it....I told them no onions..... I raged....
Woohoo someone else that hates onions or doesn't like that as much as me. :derpe: A safe inside a safe?... Lulz. Anyways, at least you got your change, I would of went cupcakes if I didn't get my change. You can over here to Florida whenever you can and eat food at my house. ________________________________________________________________ Anyways, as for me. I go to my College Algebra class and I failed my first test. :Trollestia: Not to mention this funny question in the test and how I answered it. This class is too easy, and only took it because I forgot the basics of Algebra. :derpe:
Dude that sucks. I would have demanded a free sandvich. How long was the very long wait? An hour or something?
Zephyr, I know it made you angry, but it's got to be one of the weirdest things I've heard in a while. So, it's a school sandwich shop? Or is from outside? In either case, in my ten years of restaurant work, I would not have treated you such. And what the h*ll is the baby doing there?! That's got to be against ten different health codes! Huh. If I was manager of that place, I would've just given you back your money, said, "Free food!" and be done with it. Making you wait, letting others go by - GRRR!! Any ways, that's why I don't work in restaurants any more. My day is only slightly better - I had my tooth pulled. On pain pills right now, so I don't feel a thing! Whee!
Well, it's a chain called Sub Connection, I guess they do a lot of stuff for colleges and whatnot. Heh, I wish you were the manager, it would've been a lot less frustrating. Also, yay for pain pills!!!
Hmm, yes, but, oddly enough, my bosses didn't like it when I did stuff like that. Happy customers = repeat customers = angry bosses? What's wrong with this equation?
Work...terrible. Everything that could have gone wrong, did go wrong. None of the equipment wanted to cooperate, got like nothing done and almost screwed up a $2000-4000 flange I was machining. And tomorrow I have to fix my car and carry dirt out of my basement cuz we put in a sump pump after hurricane Irene put nearly 4 feet of water in my basement. >.< but atleast I'll have a new episode of ponies
