    I found strawberryreef.com was helpful to get the codes to get the blind bag ponies I wanted. But for previous waves, you'll have to go through the net.

    Target usually sells blind bags, but if you're more interested in having all the major characters' figures than the cards that come with the blind bags, I'd look at the figure sets. You can usually find one or two different sets in stock at Target, but they can also be ordered from ToyWiz, Amazon, or even Hasbro's official site.

    I can usually buy 2 blind bag ponies for $5 and the brushables are $4. So they're a pretty good price at Walmart, I don't know what the price is at Target as I don't usually get over there. I know there are a couple websites where you can buy full boxes of blind bags, but from what I've seen, they are expensive.
