Question: Why not make the four or so permabanned members the bad guys? The number fits (somewhat) unless there's more in threads that are EVEN MORE dead than the ones I was reading?
Dan would make an excellent boss, in my opinion. But I don't think that it'd work with what he's trying to accomplish here. =P

Maybe as Chaos Champions, but the Dark Lord positions get to be very involved in large sections of the game and the production.

This sounds like something I'd definitely like to be a part of. I've been involved with game projects in the past that went nowhere, but I don't mind throwing my hat in the ring once again. I don't know if it's already been settled one way or another who's doing the music, but if you're planning on having a bunch of composers contribute tracks to the project (as opposed to having just one guy do the whole score), I can definitely toss a few things your way. The styles I'm most comfortable writing are rock/metal and orchestral, and I can get it to you in MIDI, 8-bit chiptune, or Sega Genesis/Super Nintendo formats. If any of that seems like it'll work, let me know and we can go from there. Just as a side note, I wouldn't count on me being able to jump neck-deep into a pile of work, since I'm already the chief score writer for a friend's project, so I'd have to balance out work between this project and his. But if this project's more of a collaborative effort with many musicians contributing something, then I don't think there's much to worry about. Aside from musical stuff, I can also give my input on things such as the setting, plot, mechanics, and other things. I'm actually deep into sculpting my own world for the purpose of in-depth RP campaigns at the moment, so I can definitely lend what little worldcrafting skills I have to this cause, if needed.

Awesome, just let me know when you've got a specific area/situation/etc. you want me to write music for, and I can brainstorm ideas as long as you give me either a general "mood" or link an example song for me to work with...or if it doesn't matter all that much, you can just leave it to my discretion and I'll just write what feels appropriate. Either method works for me, really. Also, when I said "formats" I actually meant to say soundfonts (my bad!), so as far as getting you .mp3s or .oggs, it won't a problem.
