Ok you guys. OK. Seriously... Without exaggeration, this is the MOST DELICIOUS thing I have ever made in my entire life. I am not joking. Sweet Balsamic Glazed Pork What You Need: *Pork loin roast (mine was a little over 3 pounds) *salt/pepper *garlic clove(s), minced *1/4c balsamic vinegar *1/2c brown sugar *1tbsp corn starch *2tbsp soy sauce *water What You Gotta Do: *Ok, this is a crock pot recipe, but if you don't have one, just do your favorite method of cooking off a pork loin. Pat your roast dry and rub it with salt, pepper, and garlic. Plop it it in your slow cooker along with 1/2 cup of water on low for 8-10 hours. I put it in at about 10:15 this morning and finished it around 6:30ish and it was perfect. *A few minutes before your pork is done, combine the brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, corn starch, soy sauce, and a 1/2 cup of water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, stirring pretty frequently. It will thicken up pretty much as soon as it comes to a boil because corn starch is amazing. *Shred your pork! I used a mixture of tongs and forks, but some people prefer to shred by hand. You don't even have to shred the pork. If you want to slice the roast, that's good too ^_^ *Dish up your pork, drizzle with the glaze and OM NOM NOM. *Serve with whatever sides you want. I roasted off some potatoes, carrots, and onions because those are what I had on hand. The glaze is delicious on them too. Also... I didn't so much 'drizzle' the glaze over my stuff as I did 'cover'. 'Soak' if you will. It's just so freaking AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS xD

This looks really nice. It looks the best in terms of pony anatomy, which otherwise seems like something you might want to study. Take a peek at this image from this tumblr post for a refresher. I'm not a good critic but I hope this helps. ^^;

I dunno, I think it seems like the length from the shoulder to the elbow has a tendency to be a little too long in your work. The back legs seem fine, but it could help to remember that the wrist and toes can bend a little bit. Your ponies seem a little stiff as they are and keeping wrists and toes in mind might help add to your work.

Thanks for waiting. I was busy for a bit. It is now colored and done. I have a picture of it colored without a background (in case the background didn't turn out well or you liked it better) and a picture with one.
