I just noticed this and I'm actually surprised I hadn't noticed it before but in the Everypony Network Spring theme the logo looks a bit strange the way it sits. Just a thought but if the logo would be changed to have the OC's on bottom and the EVERYPONY.COM to the top and removing the 10px margin on the navbar would make it slightly more appealing. It could be just me. Possible logo preview: Spoiler: Preview Preview with logo in place and margin removed: Spoiler: Preview Could also center the logo for added effect. Not really a big deal. Just noticed it and thought I'd say something.
If anything, I'd like to see the OC's updated. I'm pretty sure at least half of those people are gone.

A good thought but I don't think the source/project file for the image is still around, so nothing too drastic can really be done with it. Like updating OCs, someone will probably need to remake it all. But it could probably be cut and manipulated in small ways as you've shown. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
So we'd need someone with the required artistic talent, time, and willingness to make a new but similar banner. I've got the time and willingness to put the banner together if need be, but i lack the artistic skills to draw them.
Or possibly, in light of EP's 3 year anniversary in March, they could just design a new banner. We've changed banners once every year; don't see why that shouldn't change, unless people aren't willing to create a new banner anyway.
Maybe that's a better idea. I love the concept of adding everyone's OC to a site banner, but as is proven now, it's quite a hassle to update it whenever it's not that accurate anymore.
That's basically me except I'd be worse off because at least your previous banners are actually good. My attempts have never seen the light of day. Actually if I had the PSD or whatever was used to make it then removing and adding layers to it wouldn't be difficult. Depending on whether or not those OC's (other than Tyro's) were made using the Pony Maker it would be as simple as making the OC with the maker and using that as a stock to do the simplistic design. Here's an example using one of the many characters I've designed (I just make ponies for fun >.< lol): Spoiler: Simplistic Pony So making another banner with simplistic OC designs like that wouldn't be too difficult. It would take time to get the stocks to a simplistic design like that but really the one above^ only took me maybe ten minutes to do. It's not as difficult as you might think for some of the graphic artists out there. No problem ^^
That's what I was assuming. Still since most OC's are inactive anyway, a new one could be made. Or the banner could just be revamped. It doesn't really matter, I was just saying if the current banner design was desired it could be remade. I really don't even use the Spring style when I'm browsing. I just happened to notice this when logging on before.
