Princess Molestia Tumblr Shut Down: Good thing, or White Knight Gone Wrong?

Here is my thought on the whole APM and the take down of it.

Coming from someone who was almost raped by her own boyfriend and was in relationship that was sexual abused and harassed, I had mix feeling about the blog at first. But then I just thought of it was another rule 34 blog. In these day of age, we can't really escape from sexually things. If you have kids and you know that they love this show and you also know that how some people in these community can get, watch your kid while he/she is on the computer. I believe that is how the holy things started right? This girl on tumblr named Pinkiepony had her young little sister on the computer and she came across the moslestia pictures. If you have little kids use a parental control that wont allow them on sites like tumblr.

I wish this blog wasn't taken down. like the creator said, it was a fun ride while it lasted.

 

That's not the actual story.
According to Pinkiepony, she was babysitting for a little girl, and when the girl saw her Celestia toy, she told Pinkiepony "She rapes people."

This is where the story becomes an obvious lie, because Pinkiepony claims that the little girl found Molestia images through Google Image Search.
However, as hundreds of people (myself included) were able to prove, there was absolutely no way that an image search for Princess Celestia led to Molestia images.

The fact is, the entire DWM movement was founded on a lie, and Pinkiepony benefited the most from it.
How many people knew who she was before this?

 

Truth. I scrolled through a crap load of Celestia pics with SafeSearch off and not a single Molestia or even r34 pic. And there were only a few suggestive pics here and there.

On the bright side, it did get me this new avatar. :3

 

So why do you guys think that Pinkiepony would want the attention?

 

Because she's an attention-seeker.
Trying figure out her motives is a waste of time.

 

Why does anyone look for attention?

Immaturity, most likely.

On another subject, I am not a fan of Pinkiepony merely because I don't like here page or her posts.
