Amaterasu is not in the game, and it just continues to grow. Certain portions of the game will limit the deployed units, but for story purposes; it just continues to grow otherwise.
Aaaaaand that's three hours I could have been writing or playing Skyrim, out the window 'cause I watched the Creation Museum debate. In other news, hi.
Logic is the most effective way of trolling. Also, computers basically are only capable of logic. Thus, computers are the most effective trolls. Spoiler: Do you disagree?
It was. It was also hilariously unproductive. Team Nye: "Look how stupid and ignorant that guy is" Team Ham: "Look how stupid and ungodly that guy is" You didn't miss much lol.
It seems the only to watch it would be for Nye. Unless that's not Bill Nye, then there's wasn't much reason to to begin with.
I watched it for Bill Nye, but it wasn't as worthwhile as I'd hoped. Ken Ham's ridiculous ideas just didn't get the thrashing they deserved; instead Nye focused on the social ramifications of teaching creationism in schools. He should have gone the route of actually countering the idea. With real science. Though Ham did also make it clear that he can never be convinced young-earth creationism is wrong. So I guess the debate was doomed to go nowhere from before it began, really.
Richard Dawkins said the same thing, and after this debate I completely see what he means. Bill said in other interviews that he intended to take a different approach by talking about the ramifications of creationism rather than discussing the evidence, but either way I think he just wasted his time. The opposition wasn't listening. EDIT: And I wasted mine by watching the thing to completion. I coulda had the next chapter of LotOW done by now or something.
Poor Bill. Was he at least poised the whole time? Massive respect for him if he was able to not show his exasperation throughout the whole thing.
I'm gonna take you out on a date just because you sat and listened to people ***** and moan about religion. Name your price and place. This goes down sometime in the next decade.
Idiots and their "Faith." It's one thing to believe something, it's another thing to stubbornly cling to that belief when logic, common sense, and indisputable evidence prove you wrong.
