    The 'American' accent was the original 'British' accent.

    The only reason they speak like they do now is because the typical everyday accent that British people talk with now was used to show wealth and higher class stature.

    But I'm one of those people that loves Southern American accents. Also I think American accents are sometimes extremely hot. I fell in love with Yami's voice, and Xalders too! D: *sweats* So it can't be that. Maybe it's because the openings are...shinier?
