Something I've been up to lately... Databending is the act of putting data through programs not originally intended to be used in. It is a form of glitch art. I've put images through Audacity and added audio effects to get crazy, glitchy visual effects. Check them out! (I'll add more bended images later.) And to finish it all off, a gif at about 140 bpm: Spoiler: Extreme Flashing Lights Warning! http://postimg.org/image/qof7sf899/ Spoiler: Season 4, Episode 1, at about 0:55 Only a few frames survived the output from the 10 second clip that I trimmed out. If you look closely, you can still see some of the characters. I only reverbed the video through Audacity. It has less aesthetics and more moshed-up colors, so this isn't my favorite bend. http://postimg.org/image/z58uemxrh/ http://postimg.org/image/7gm774ar1/ http://postimg.org/image/bbkzvy4j1/ http://postimg.org/image/j8a2hx5d9/
I tried bending a video. Only a few frames made it to the output, and, by boogily, were they screwed up. They didn't turn out as well as the picture bends, though.
