It was relevant several days ago when they revealed it and every wow site and wow tumblr was happy about it. It's nothing special, they've been revealing new models since November. The only thing really relevant that people want tp see is the realease date for the new xpac/the date when pre-purchase will be available.

That said, http://www.mmo-champion.com/content/ is the main source for WoW news if you want more in-depth things than just wow's own website, and as you can clearly see a few hours ago, they already released the next character model update. It's not hard to keep up to date... sorry. I feel like I'm the only one who doesnt treat wow like a big joke ALL the time and when they are doing lots of impressive things, I feel personally offended when people don't acknowledge it properly, such as seeing that they've been doing the "new model" thing for a long time and are still doing more of it... I apologize for any hostility that stems from my problematic association to a fictional multi-player game.
