Fact: Walk into any MMORPG set in a Fantasy style and type in Region chat "WoW was the First MMO" and you may insight a 5 hour flame war. Works in everything from RIFT, Everquest, Neverwinter Online and Elder Scrolls Online.
I already found out the ending before reading the whole series. Agreeably MUCH better than the film series. Will Graham was so much more fleshed out in Red Dragon, So dark! and Lecter is so sarcastic at times it's hilarious! And I don't feel sorry for any of the people he's killed, as the author made each one out to be rude or monsterous in their own way. And the ending? ZING! Way to make a man kneel, Clarice! You've never heard of the Hannibal series by Thomas Harris? Or the film adaptations? WHAT? Are you kidding?
That is easily the funniest thing I've seen today. - - Auto Merge - - If you haven't already, you should start watching the Hannibal television series. Mads Mikkelsen is in every way a worthy successor to Anthony Hopkins, and Hugh Dancy is excellent as Will Graham. I honestly cannot recommend the series highly enough.
I've been meaning to give the series a try, I've been hearing great things, but I'm probably too entrenched in my Hopkins fantasy crush to feel the same as the fans of the television series. I was young when I saw Red Dragon and Silence of the lambs and I was instantly obsessed, then Hannibal came out and It engulfed me even more...And when I saw Hannibal Rising I melted into a pile of lovey goop for Hopkins and Ulliel and I'm so far in it that I don't think that I can ever get out. Hopkins has captivated me so much that I don't think I would get into the series at all, but I really want to try. But The Thomas Harris story is just amazing in its premise and I think I'll hate the series in comparison, and I don't want to hate something just because it had a good, original predecessor including actors that were amazing in every way... Hnneeehheeehhhhh I need to cool down hnnngggaaahhhhh It hurts so much that I love them but I love them so so much graaahhh....

^Agreed, but I still find it amazing that people fall for it. And aparrently enough people know that because evertime I'm in a region chat someone says it and the region devolves into a flamewar. It's sad really how little trolls can do inorder to evoke such angst. ALthough they tend to not like when I come in a say that "Obv. Troll is Obv"
