As a Hopkins fan, when I first saw this, I noticed the MLP poster, and almost peed myself laughing, then the pillow, and every time I looked again it got better and my laughs got uglier. Before that gif popped up I thought I was gunna panick because I saw a RL Crow picture and so the gif instantly helped. I wanna write a fan letter to Anthony Hopkins. I watch movies he's cast in religiously. But he'll probably never reply.
I didn't even notice the MLP poster until you pointed it out. Also, for the fan letter, I'd say give it a try. If you expect that he won't reply, you can only be pleasantly surprised if he does.
I know how you feel. There's definitely a question of an artist's craft (or skill, as you may term it) in any work they produce, but the fact remains that once the piece is done and presented, there's little quality comparison between that and any other separate work. When people say things like that, it drives me up the wall.
