Anyway, Moving on with the RP: OC: *He smiled up at volt as he approached and sunk back further into the tub, it felt like they had been in there for hours*Hey there volt, how have you been finding life so far aboard the yacht? Me and Blissy were.... *He shoots a look over at the sleeping white alicorn and smiles affectionately* We were just having a heart to heart discussion, cleared the air between us then we decided to soak in the tub, we have been here for what seems like forever *He dips his head under the water to wash his mane then resurfaces a few seconds later, his mane completely out of style it hung down over his face before he flicked it back so it flowed down his neck, he looked over his shoulder and winced* Damn thats going to take a while to restyle *He slides over besides bliss and gently puts a hoof around her so she rested her head on his shoulder, he brushed her mane gently and whispered in her ear* Comon Sis, I know your stuffed and you really enjoy the tub, but you look exhausted, lets get you back to your bedroom so you can dry off and get a nap, okay?
*She hardly heard the soft sound of Skylar's voice beckoning her to go to her room...by now she had pushed passed the cold of being wet and was used to the warmth of the sea breeze. She turned to her side, pressing up against him for more warmth and smiled, enjoying the fact she had nothing to worry about for the time being...other then to enjoy the restful bliss of a well earned voyage at sea. With her closest friends*
*He smiled as he felt her press against him, he squeezed his hoof around her gently and held her close as he sat back a little and looked up to the starry sky above, he could spot several constellations in the inky black sky, some he couldn't recognize but as he continued to stare he managed to make out the rams head constellation alongside the gryphon claw constellation. For a few moments he just sat back and stared, smiling as he could feel the gently rise and fall of Blissys body gently pressed against his, he turned to look at her noticing she had all but fallen asleep. He gently nuzzled her, his heart filling with affection seeing her smile slightly in her sleep as he thought to himself* 'Awww your so cute sometimes sis, though I know you would kill me if you heard me say that' *Chuckles a little and nuzzles her a little more, whispering* Lets head back to your room Bliss, you don't have to walk I can carry you on my back if you wish, we can't stay her much longer it's almost pitch black *he lowered himself a little so her head rested on his back* *Noticing she was still fast asleep he rolled his eyes a little and muttered wryly*Always having to carry your sorry flank around aren't I huh?*He lifts her gently onto his back and steps out of the tub, his fur and mane dripping wet, he shivers a little and slowly proceeds inside the yacht, taking care not to slip, his face was tort with concentration while all the while she slept unwittingly on his back, now and again murmuring in her sleep
"indeed she is" Volt said shacking of the water from his mane, he then discharge s small quantity of electricty that dried his tale and mane, which turned esactely as before entering the water "ta dah! and they say my mane is a mess.. it is a planned mess! sigh.. guess i can't say the same of my poor wings.." Volt said turning around and noticing the trail of blue feathers he lost out of the pool, and his wings completel soaked "sigh... well i guess i sill dry them the old style.. and skilar.. yes.. i am definetely enjoing this trip! it is the best thing i ever had in my life... but i guess that i need some rest too.. the stars looks beautifull.. i never had a chanche to look at them since loong time... i think i will sleep out here tonight if you don't mind.. the room is cool yes.. but i am closed all the time of the year... and i'd like to see a wolf here howling at the moon eh eh.." Volt said nuzzling Seth's neck "the most evil wolf in Equestria eh eh " Volt jocked poking his arm
Seth breaks the sausage in half and eats both halves in one bite. He then nuzzled volt back. "Funny thing, wolves don't howl at the moon. It's just for communication at night." He said. "not every rumor you hear about wolves is true Volty." Seth waded out of the water and sat on the rim. He looked at his body, and then to his missing appendage. He couldn't quite place it, but whenever he looked at the stub of a leg, he felt... empty. After a few seconds, he shook it off and attached the bio-arm. Getting out of the pool, he walked over to Volt and shook like a dog to get the water out of his fur. "Now that rumor is true." He said, letting his fur drip dry from that point on.
*She felt herself being laid on something firm but fuzzy, but it moved underneath her...regardless she continued to sleep, feeling relaxed and contempt...She could sense the emotional bondage of Skylar clear as day despite her slumber...It was one of sincerity and protection...knowing those things only encouraged her to enjoy the sleep, looking forward to what the morning light at sea would bring.* (OOC At this point if anyone wants to fast forward it to the morning feel free)
*He slowly opened the door to her room, it gently creeked open, for a few moments he stood there with his mouth wide open taking in the spectacle that was her room, he muttered to himself* Wow Bliss... you really have some fine tastes *Trots over to the large bed at the back of the room and stands there for a few moments wondering if they should dry off first but he didnt want to wake her, besides they seemed to have dried off pretty well during the journey to her room. Gently he lays her down on top of the sheets, making sure her head was on the pillow then he pulled up the blankets to tuck her in, again standing for a few moments just smiling at how cute and snug she looked, he leaned down and kissed her cheek whispering* Good Night Sis *before going over to sit in a large armchair in the corner, even though he knew there was no danger aboard the ship he still wanted to look after her, he felt now that Night Light's wasn't here it was in his stallion nature to protect her, besides, it's the least he could do to make up for not being at his farewells. For about thirty minutes he watched until he started to drift off to sleep himself, slowly he slumped back in the comfy arm chair and began to snore gently, his mane hanging over his face slightly*
*He was floating on his back in the pool, staring deeply up to the beautiful night sky and all it's million stars that endlessly dotted it. It was a majestic, but yet a very familiar sight to behold indeed, because having used to navigating through the lands numerous times in his past by using stars to always guide him safely to his destination. He even knew almost all the names of the major and minor constellations, or single individual stars that was only visible for the trained eye of an avid navigator. He smiled in thought while still floating almost emotionlessly at the night sky, knowing that their boat was indeed sailing towards it's intented destination since third head of the hydra constellation always pointed towards the gryphon continent in the east, while the first would lean toward the equestria in the west* It's been a great while since I last time looked at the night sky... *He remained there silently floating for few minutes, before deciding to put some emotion in his limbs and turned himself over again and swimmed to a nearby staircase, climbed up from the pool and shaked himself, before hovering a towel off from a nearby towel rack next to the deck chairs and rubbed himself good with it before taking a seat in one of the mentioned chairs and cool off a bit under the breezing ocean wind, while contently sipping from his hot cup of chocolate*
"eeek!!!" Volt shouted as the wolf spraied him with water "damn you Seth! i was almost dry! bahh..!" hu suddenly hugged the wolf and then lied down n the side of the pool "you know... it has been sooo long time since the last time i slept out under a blanket of stars... it remmebers me my home in Cloudsdale when i was just a little colt sooo much.. have i ever told you how i got my cutie mark? it was scary.. and nice... the only time i felt alive.. like...... righ.... right.... now.... *yawn* good... goodnight Seth" Volt turned around, walking on the swimming pool's trampoline, and he dropped himself on it, his hooves and tail hanging down of it... just like his favourite pipe in the dam, soon Volt was flying in his mind
Seth didn't expect the hug, but he enjoyed it all the same. As his friend walked over to the pool for a good night's sleep, he grabbed a towel from a rack to dry of the remaining water. After a thorough drying, he tossed the sheet into a bit labeled for used towels. Looking back to the pegasus, Seth saw the damp pony had already fallen asleep. He smiled at the party pony and decided to do him a favor. Grabbing another towel, he trotted over to him and placed it over him like a blanket. "Goodnight, Volty" he whispered, as he began to walk for his room. About midway to the lower decks, he noticed the moon was shining bright that night. It had been too long since he had ever slept out on a full moon's night. Seth turned around, grabbed a third towel and walked over to a chair near where Volt was sleeping. Lying down, he curled up into a ball of fur while using the towel as a pillow. As he dozed off, he felt at ease with the would again.
*She yawned groggily, feeling the sense of morning light had just rose from the sea's horizon. Her mane was a salty mess from her allowing it to blow dry on its own. She huffed at it for a second, then realized Skylar was sleeping on a sofa chair near her doorway. His wings were draped over the arms of the chair, his hind quarters sprawled out while one hoof slumped over and the other was firmly planted on his belly. He snored like a dragon almost to her* Hehe...oh bro... *she hovered an extra blanket onto him to help keep him warm.* Did you stay with me all night? I hope you don't have a sore back when you wake up... *Then her ears perked up hearing a gull calling outside her window. Rather then not making a sound by clopping on the floor, she silently teleported out of her room, taking a soft fleece robe with her and landed up back at the pool and hot tub. She noticed Volt had completely fallen asleep outside, under a white towel while the others seemed to have gone to their room. But thats all she could see on the boat...everything else was covered in a gloomy fog.* Odd...I didn't think there be fog on our trip...Oh well, what's one without surprises? *She quietly walked to the rail of the vessel to inhail the thick salty air mixed with fog, her breath came out heavy in the coolness of the morning. She looked up and could just fainly see a few gulls flapping around in the fog, squawking at each other. Then...at the corner of her eye, she saw a much larger shadow fly above them, making them squawk in panic and dart away to avoid the large being.* What in the world was that? *She fluttered up above the boat, still keeping up with it and holding her robe close to her body so it didn't blow off her with the cool wind. The shadowy figure had a mishape, not of a bird nor a pony...* Hello? Is anypony out there? *She called the the shadow. But soon as she did, the shadow suddenly drated back aheading away north of the ship's bow...till nothing was there but the fog itself. She landed back on the ship, shivering and covered herself up more.* Odd...I wonder who or what could be out here flying in the middle of the sea... -- Several miles ahead of our heros ship...breaks a dager like vessel, made of black oak wood...and decored in the vicious looking ornaments... -- *After a couple hours of flying, for several miles none stop, she finally landed at the helm of the ship. Tired by enthustiastic, she approached her captain, hidden in shadow, and catiously spoke* Captain... I've returned...*the silver feathered gryphon with a jaguar body approached submissively* Ye're back earlier then I anticipated... *the shadow captain figure replied back* Wha' 'ave ye found? A large ship Captain...I've been watching it partly through the night and this morning...It's large fancy yacht...plump with valuables...and I even counted 6 passengers...ripe for the taking! *The shadow figure turned her, only his fanged teeth seemed to show behind the darkness* In me ocean? Wha' a turn o' events...a delicious turn o' events... *The figure smacked his lips in anticipation*Set sails first mate...We loot th' yact at nightfall.
Volt was dreaming of immense huge tesla coils, shooting confetti and beer.. when suddenly he woke up "OH MY LUNA I AM LATE! THE SHEDULE THE DAM THE WORK THE..oh... yes..." Volt relaxed as he noticed he was standing on a trampoline above a swimming pool, he slowly walked backward, noticing a blanket on his wings "uh.. i don't remmber... " he then saw the sleeping grey fur ball, he sneakely approached the wolf "Good morning, good morning We've danced the whole night through Good morning, good morning to you!!!" Volt singed in Seth's, then he jumped on him "SUN IS SHINING! COME ON!.. oh wait.. no.. the hell! WHO STOLE THE SUN?? what the hay?" Volt rubbed the blanket on the wolf's nose.. "Seth? wake up.. we have some fog here" Volt said opening his mouth and tasting it "bleah... and it sucks too.. this fog is not from a good cloud.. what AN HORRIBLE BREAKFAST!!!" Volt shouted punching the fog "schò! go away! aghh.. i am the worst pegasus alive... i can't even get rid of some stupid fog!!"
*Her ears perked at the familiar happy voice* Volt? ...Volt! *she trotted to him, nearly slipping on some water the fog being so thick* I woke up and we're sailing through this! Surely the Empress would have known if we were going through a fog right? *She looked up into the sky again, feeling a sense of unease for some reason of what she saw* I ...I saw something out in the fog too, *she scooted herself between Volt and Seth, not sure if the wolf was up* I saw a dark shadow....was bigger then a pony...seemed to be flying around us...When I tried to greet it, it flew away... I dunno why I'm so nervous...just seems odd that anypony would be flying out here so far without a ship...Maybe I was just seeing things too... not exactly a seapony am I? Heh *She cuddled up next to Volt while bundling up more into her robe, then proceeded to blow into Seth's wolven' ears, knowing that would tickle him awake.* Wolves are so sensitive with their ears, watch this! *She blew harder directly into his ear*
Seth had been able to ignore Volt's attempts to wake him, although Bliss's attach on his ears was too much. He bolted up, falling of the chair he was on and spiraled out on the deck. After a second of reorientation, he pounced into a fighting stance. "Ok, who wants to be my breakfast!" He barked. At seeing his friends, he stood down. "Guys, really?" I was hoping to get at least another hour of sleep. Wolves are nocturnal you know." At seeing the fog, he looked around. He couldn't say exactly what, but it seemed... off-putting... as if, possessed. "Hey V, is this what sea fog is supposed to be like?" He asked. The wolf walked to the guard railing and stared into the sheet of fog. Using his implant, he was able to view thermal readings, UV emissions, even energy levels at some distance. However, the fog was obscuring everything he had. "What the hell is this..." He muttered to himself.
"something i know for sure.." Volt said loocking again at the fog "this is no work of normal weather Pegasi... first.. who the hell ask a weather team to build up some fog in the middle of a damn oceann... second... i saw a fog so dense and dark only when an atomizer broke up in the factory.. i am almost sure that this fog is not natural or build up at all... it looks... artificial.. i don't know i may be wrong... are Grhyphons able to control weather too?" Volt asked to Bliss hugging her "nah i am sure that it is nothing dangerous... maybe somepony or some grhyphons made a mistake moving clouds eh eh" Volt said loocking at the princess while trying to be as reassuring as possible "there's no bucking way a fog like these can be generated over a damn sea with this temperature! " Volt thoughts
*Groggily he begin to woke up from the chair, pushing the blanket off him in the process accidentaly. Slowly he opened one eye and gave a loud yawn, he looked down at the blanket and then at the slumped sprawled out position he was in and blushed a little, thinking to himself*Uh oh, I hope I wasn't like this when Blissy found me... assuming it was her who put the blanket over me, it couldn't have been a pretty sight seeing me crashed out like that *He gives a load groan, feeling stiff from lying on the chair all night, surprisingly though he felt well rested. He trots into her bathroom, wondering where she was as he went, he got to the sink and turned on the tap and began splashing cold water onto his face and spikes up his mane the best he can with just water, he grunted a bit still not happy with the way it looked but decided to make his way out on to deck, he felt like he needed the fresh air... he couldn't wait to get out onto the deck and see the clear blue skies, the warm sunshine and the.....* What the? .... *He steps out onto the deck and shivers, a thick black fog engulfed the ship making the air feel damp and chilly, he could only see about twenty feet in front of him, he trotted through the fog, calling out as he went* Bliss?... Volt?... Anyone out there? *He peered around but couldn't see any of his friends, he growled and focused , trying to use his abilities to clear the fog but strangely it had no effect, he focused again this time trying to build up some energy but again nothing happened, it was as if something unnatural was blocking them.* *He growls again and runs to the side of the ship, placing his hooves onto the railings and trying to squint out into the fog, swishing his tail and stamping his back hooves a little in uneasy anticipation*
*Having just woken up in his quarters below the deck, the first thing he did immediately after a few morning exercises was to head to the hot shower to wash all the chlorine from the last night's moonlight swim in the pool. After drying himself he proceeded to brush his teeth ever so vigorously in order to keep them up sparkling clean as usual, before trotting out of the bathroom, putting his vest back on and exited his room into the hallway and made his way up to the deck. Expecting a glorious cloudless weather and sunshine outside as he finally got up, but to his surprise there was a thick dark fog covering his vision from all sides and barely managed to detect his friends trotting and wondering around the pool area amidst the opressive fog* Good morning everypony! *He said out in a cheery tone as he walked closer to Blissy, Volt and Seth, while looking curiously all around him into the fog that never seemed to end* Looks like this day's plans for sunbathing is cancelled, I guess? *He said to the trio with a jokingly grin, before he noticed them all being quite occupied notice him and looking around them into the fog covered sea with a little hint of nervousness shown in their faces, especially on Blissy's* Why are you looking like you saw a ghost, miss Blissy? Did something happen?
Polaris?! *She trotted to him and snuggled up under his chin, her wings held out in apprehension under her robe.* I don't know what was going on, I just woke up and the ship is surrounded by this fog. Me and Volt can't make it out and I was once a pegasus pony like him. Right Volt? Pegasus ponies wouldn't make a fog this far out here. *She turned and looked at him* Maybe I'm being a nervous nancy here...but I saw something out in the fog...it was slightly bigger then a pony...a being hidden in the fog. It flew away before I could tell who or what it was... Dunno why it makes me nervous but...*She shut her eyes for a minute, but didn't know the spell of how to sense things* Polaris you're a unicorn... Where's NightStrike? *she turned her head searching for the charcoal pony, then turned back to the brown stallion* I just thought... I mean I can't do it, I don't know how...but maybe you and NightStrike can use your magic to sense if this fog was magically done? *She then heard Skylar further down the rails and trotted over to his voice* Skylar! You're awake! We're over here, trying to figure out this...fog... (OOC The fog is created by a powerful magic intentionally)
ooc: yep we know ^^ that's why we pegasi can't move it "no blissy... why the hell some pegasi should spend lot of time to make a Luna damned fog in the middle of nothing? plus this is no Pegasi's weather! i can't even move it! my hooves pass trough it! this is everything but pegasi's weather control! and... you saw somepony?... uh.. i was sleeping then... i didn't see anything.. i may try to clean it away with an ELectric coil.. but i doubt it would work.. as my tecnology is based over the standard pegasi control.. if i can't move or dissolve it manually.. my weather control tecnology is worthless too damn it!
