My thoughts are that waffle syrup is highly superior, simply because it's covering the superior waffle.
Surely you would at least feel disdain towards such a product that is a cheap imitation of maple syrupy goodness?
Technically, syrup can come from many things, (ie. berries, fruits, etc.) so yes, it is syrup. It also just happens to be horrible. Why am I answering questions?
If you were given the option to trade one of your talents (or skills) for any one other talent, would you accept? If yes, which talent would you trade for which?
If you could have your own talkshow, what would it be like and what would you call it? Sent from my SHIELD using Tapatalk
I'd be called Rinku's Social Awkwardness hour, and I'd be stumbling over my words and making everyone uncomfortable.
Oh my, there are so many imbecilic memes to chose from... Probably the Lyra being obsessed with humans meme. It's the one that I can think of off the top of my head that really irks me.
Think of your mind palace...the place in your head you are safe...sit in it and breath...relax....now...what does it look like to you?
Well, it's not really a 'palace' so much as an open field filled with many species of flowers that stretch off as far as the eye can see. The sky is forever tinted with oranges and pinks, as if this world was tidally locked in a never-ending sunset. There are many clouds in the sky, but not too many to be overcast. There's a light breeze blowing from East, causing dandelion seeds to float majestically through the air like little sky dancers. There are trees to my my backside, signifying that I had to walk through a dark wood to reach this haven. There are many creatures here, such as rabbits, foxes, ground hogs, butterflies, and other critters peacefully grazing the sunset meadows. And just on the edge of my vision, sitting comfortably on the horizon stands a massive oak, well over 100 feet tall and nearly just as wide, acting as the guardian of this realm, and sitting under it, is me. I'm wearing a white dress that ends halfway down my shins, and there are daisies in my hair. I wear a tranquil smile on my face. I'm not what this symbolizes, but I swear, I saw myself sitting under that grand oak in the middle of those tangerine fields.
~In a society that has destroyed all adventure, the only adventure left is to destroy that society~ I think that is a great quote, quite fitting for someone like you. My question is: When and how did you come to this realization?
Hmmm. It kinda just gradually happened in resent years. I feel society leaves very little room for creativity and self expression. They want you to live by a set standard that they have made, and as soon as you try and have a mind of your own and follow your own path, you are discriminated, and even punished for it sometimes. I don't believe that's fair at all. For example: An employer may not hire a man because he has long hair and tattoos, or because he's gay, and doesn't even care about his potential skills. I'm not saying we should literally destroy our society, but I feel something needs to change for the better, because things are pretty ****ed up and unjust right now. This is my interpretation of it, of course. The quote could mean many things. It could also refer to how civilization is taking over the natural wonders of the world, and is leaving little to explore. That's a more literal interpretation, but hey. We all have our own views on the world.
A great explanation indeed, I was having a discussion like that on Skype the other day. Another Question: I see you have Maud Pie as your Avatar on this Forum, why is that? What do you like about her?
I like her calm, nonchalant demeanor, as it reminds me of myself, only more exaggerated. I've always adored deadpan delivery, and characters like her I find highly relatable. Rin from 'Katawa Shoujo' is another character that shares a similar trait, and I call her my, "cartoon kindred spirit". I like characters I can relate to. They make me feel like I'm not alone.
