I've been a fan of the show since late April of 2011, but I've always been one to enjoy cartoons and animation of all kinds. I suppose I never really grew up in that aspect, but I don't care. lol I'm a part of another MLP forum, but I don't always feel like I fit in over there, so I am looking for another community that might be better for me. Hopefully this is it. =)
I see. I'm actually pretty weird as I work nights, so on my weekends I'm usually up really early in the morning. lol (Why do I work nights? I have no idea) Ah, yes. That's where I'm from. I'm not leaving that community as it has been my most active forum over the last few years, but at the same time, the community there has been annoying me a bit lately. =( I just realized yesterday when a topic was made there for members to post their "I don't want to live on this planet anymore" moments, and I realized that over the last few weeks I had a few instances of things members of that forum said that gave me that feeling like almost never before. Some directly related to that community. Nevertheless, that's drama there. Hopefully it stays there and this community is a better place! (Thanks for the welcomes, by the way.)

Why, though? I've heard it's not good for you at all. I suppose it's advantageous for me because I work at a grocery store and I don't like dealing with customers, but I hate the schedule and every weekend I get back out of it and end up staying the whole day and then the night I have to work. lol That might be good. MLPForums is so impersonal. I feel like there are so many members I do not really know. It makes me feel bad. When they change their usernames I no longer recognize them at all, which is terrible.
Oh? Do you fly for a job? Either way, that's cool. I've only flew on a plane a few times (all happening within the range of one year around 10 years ago lol). I never even thought of some pilots having to operate on a nightly schedule. To have to be in the right mind to fly a plane on a nightly schedule. Yikes.
Well, I was 15/16. I was scared to death of flying, and to be honest, I still am. One of the very last plans I rode just didn't "feel right" for me. Even though everything was probably perfectly fine, it made me even more scared than I had ever been before. But enough of that... Best of luck to you! Even though I may be scared of planes, the speed at which they got me to the destinations can not be denied. It's a great technology, even if I'm scared to death of it. It must take really talented people to be able to control them, as well!
