No, She's actually biologically a stallion. She has body Dysmorphia and changed her name from 'Cosmo' to Harmonic. She's undergone some procedures to change her body/voice etc but she cannot have the full surgery until she has completed group therapy and been evaluated by a psychiatrist. So that part there is her ding dong.
