Sláinte, and yea, my parents put me in a troubled teen program when I was 17..needless to say though I was depressed and tried to cut myself since I was 14 eyars old (so that's 12 years of trying to do up to now) I was the sanest one there
Welcome to Everypony Scarlet, I hope to see you around the forums or chat! Hail from the - far off and somewhat strange - land of Canada. You're not alone in that sense.
Yeah I have a feeling that depression (and aspergers) is a common trait within bronies and pegasisters
I know, but it is kind of saddening at the same time, just how much depression and darkness there is in this world... It also happens that just about every (no wait EVERY) Transgender person (myself included) is also a brony
It's only there if you let it fill your world really. There are plenty of happy things in the world too, the real question is which of the two you choose to focus on. Heh, still, that just means you have more people you can relate to. You all get at least one common interest to boot! :derpe:
I already made that decision long ago, darkness.. When I was younger I was obsessed with the medieval ages, the occult, and well researching things like Wayco, Collumbine and JonesTown
Hmm. The occult and medieval age - particularly weaponry - are actually two of my interests Although "notable" massacres never sparked them to such an extent. Maybe it's because I spent the first decade of my life in what pretty much is a frozen tundra. In any case, I do look forward to seeing you around the forum. EDIT: Your intro thread seems to have been grandly successful!
Yup it sure seems that way, I am/was quite 'popular' on MLPF but mostly left there due to..complications.. yeah though I am a Christian, I do still dabble in researching these things whenever they peak my interest, I love finding out what happened, how it happened and why it happened
Hmm. Another person from MLPF... We seem to be getting a lot of people coming in from over there. Whatever the case may be, I also delve into things that interest me on occasion, although my lack of extended attention span isn't very conducive to my getting very deep into any one field. Still, it's nice to see a new face with some common interests. Also one that's fun to talk to!
