    I have an interesting idea for a game.

    Gameplay wise it'd be a hybrid of dark souls and god of war.

    The story is basically. You are a (something), Theres the lovecraftian nightmare gods. Go beat them into paste.

    Frankly i'd find a boss battle against Cthulu to be quite awesome.

    The thing is, you'd have to be some kind of nightmare entity too.

    I had the idea of the first bossfight being a shoggoth. Which later appears as a miniboss enemy, because now you're (A SOMETHING!)

    Yeah the sanity drain attacks would be a good idea. Lose too much and you lose control. Or suicide.
