Did you hear that the dicktater(intentionally misspelled) in north korea is having another one of his his hilarious fits over a movie about killing the NK dictator? Do people even pay attention to this guy anymore? Is he just like a violent schizophrenic hobo with no arms or legs that spews threats but is incapable of carrying them out?
Ah, I did hear that. Then his press said that he'd probably watch the movie anyway, so the director just said; "I hope he likes it!" Silly me being an old person who watches the news...
You don't need to be old to watch the news. Heck, I still read newspapers. I'm surprised that they still exist, though.

" He then went on to criticize Hollywood films for being "full of assassinations and executions" before offering the opinion that British cinema is of a better and more realistic quality than that of America."James Bond is a good character and those films are much more enjoyable," he said. Of course, that glowing opinion probably does not extend to 2002's Die Another Day, which features James Bond foiling a North Korean general's plot to take over South Korea and the world. The North Korean state media denounced that particular 007 escapade as "dirty and cursed" upon the film's release.

I went 1-3 and 2-2 at my last two FNMs, but I've got higher hopes for tonight; I might have a chance for a 3-1 record tonight! 4-0 might be a little too much to hope for.

Before WW2, Korea was under Japanese rule, and Kim Il-Sung was one of many Koreans who opposed the Japanese. In the process, he managed to make some some friends in high places in the Soviet Union. After WW2, when Japan was forced out, North Korea formed its own government. Taking advantage of the alliances he had formed, Kim Il-Sung was appointed the leader of the new Soviet-backed government. In the years that followed, Kim carefully crafted a cult of personality that was eventually inherited by his son and grandson.
