Not kidding. The forum I was at was not fun. People complained that their lives sucked every day. It was really depressing actually. :/ They also seemed to get upset pretty easily. Of course I was a part of the drama fest too with my teenage hormones and such, so maybe it felt worse than it was, but I doubt it. The atmosphere wasn't very positive.
He wasn't suggesting you were kidding; I think he was more just putting what you said in the context of the many melodramatic things that have happened on this forum since its inception.
