Name: Hiromi Age: 24 Gender: Female Appearance: Hiromi has fair skin, light blue eyes and shoulder length, black hair. She is 170 cm tall and have a slender build. Hiromi often wears a diamond ring on her right hand. History: Hiromi was born and grew up in the east blue. Her father died when she was 10 and she have never been able to let go of it. Hiromi became a pirate when she was 18 and found (and ate) the Bomu Bomu no Mi when she was 20. After eating it, she became a bounty hunter hoping to become rich. History:Asagrim lost both of his parents when he was 12, so he and his brother had survive on their own, but Asagrim and his brother had to steal things like clothes and food. Name: Nillan Age: 20 Gender: Male Appearance: Short and thin, with no really defining visual features. Wears black shorts and a grey coat. Has a small, circular, silver shield strapped onto his right arm, and his left arm has 3 loops of string acting like bracelets. History: Born into a poor family, he started stealing at a young age. Some point during his time as a petty thief, he accidentally stole a Devil Fruit, Doa Doa no Mi (Door-Door fruit) and with no knowledge of what it actually was, ate it and gained it's abilities. Using the power he became a significantly better thief, but after earning a large (in his eyes) Bounty on his head (due to consistently escaping bounty hunters who go after him), he decided to leave the land and become a pirate in search of treasure to leave behind his past as a thief. Pirate or marine: Pirate Crew(if pirate): Not currently affiliated with one, trying to find one. Bounty(if pirate): Initially 50000, raised multiple times due constantly escaping bounty hunters after him. Currently 1,500,000. Well,In the east blue the average bounty is View attachment 8031 3,000,000. So a high bounty there would be View attachment 8031 10,000,000 or more. In the grand line only the best have View attachment 8031 100,000,000. In the new world however,a bounty of View attachment 8031 100,000,000 is considered weak. I just thought that we where in the new world and tried to make my bounty seem as realistic as possible.
Ok, but let's wait with the new world, we should start in a place that isn't so dangerous. So if you could change it, that would be great.
hehe, ok. I guess I had a bad guess of the bounty worth. I still have a below average bounty on him, since his bounty has mostly been earned not for the things he's done, but for continually escaping any bounty hunters who have gone after him, believing his low bounty making him an easy catch.

Name: The Headless Captain Age: 39 Gender: Male Appearance: A very large man, muscular, bulky, and tall, wearing entirely black, with a thick, ankle-length leather coat with elbow-length gloves and mid-calf boots also made from thick leather, with somewhat baggy, thick material pants and a thick button shirt with two pockets on one side and two more on the other, all on the chest/abdomen. Most notable is the fact that his head is a jack-o-lantern, with thick, thorny vines protruding from the bottom and forming a kind of neck that reached upon his body, with a single, jaggedly carved left eye (to my left, on your right), and a very sharp and jaggedly carved mouth that widens as it reaches under the eye, to which it is connected by a large, wide gash, and looks as if thick, black string has been sewn onto the mouth, and a single, tall candle is inside and reaches so that a dim, pale flame reaches behind the eye-hole, like the very eye. The Ship itself appears very ominous, very large and dark, sailing seas with a smoke-like fog blanketing their ship, and all around for a very large radius. @KillStreak accepted. @Scarecrow you are going to need to change a few things. First of all, the only way to return from the dead is to have eaten the Yomi Yomi no Mi. Second, there is no demons in the one piece universe therefore you crew can't be demons. Third, the devil doesn't exist in the one piece universe therefor i doubt that he was able to give you a new head and a devil fruit. Fourth, a pumpkin for a head, really? Fifth, if you really decapitated and send the heads of pirates to the marines, you would probably earn the title Shichibukai or a higher bounty and lastly, how strong is your haki?
First, rumors, dear, rumors. Second, it's probably more like a science experiment or something, IDK, I can't think of a better backstory but a legend, third there is a Sea Devil legend going on, as said here: http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Devil_Fruit And yeah, a pumpkin. But I'll check out the whole Shichibukai thing and stuff, and also, I don't know how strong but strong enough for me to be scary to plenty people. Just want to p the fear factor here.
You can't use rumors to describe your characters past, believe it or not it actually have a huge impact on the story. You need to tell us the truth (as in no rumors, legends or horror stories) so that we know, sure tell us about the rumors too but you need to tell us how he actually got his pumpkin head and devil fruit. You also need to know how strong your characters haki is.
Any suggestions? I mean, I do want to keep the pumpkin head thing, but I can't think of any good story.
