Physical Appearance: A hulking man, with big bones, a barrel chest, wide shoulders, and wide shoulders, very pale with very large, scarred, bony hands. His face is never seen at all, and wears an old, worn gas-mask. General Attire: A dark grey shirt, worn and ragged, with a black vest and black trousers in a similar state, sleeves generally rolled up, with very large and heavy black mid-calf rubber boots. Sometimes will wear a black, custom, ankle-length black cotton coat. Extra: Very strong and durable, and very stealthy despite his size, and can even sometimes appear out of nowhere. He is able to do all sorts of things to himself, from impaling large swords through him, as well as set himself on fire. He is mostly known to have a large amount of insects and other things under his attire, namely spiders, cockroaches, and centipedes. History: One of the longest working members of the freak-show, his history is relatively unknown. The rumor is that the Ringmaster had found him one very rainy day while traveling through a forest, and that he had been the cause of a pile-up car crash, and the car that had hit him had ended up very badly while he himself was perfectly fine. He had since been the giant, strongman, and indestructible-man of the show.
Name: Dr. Alfred Von Verkoffen (Alias: Herr Doktor, or The Plague Doctor) Age: 37 Height: 7' Weight: 180 lbs. Physical Appearance: A tall, lanky middle-aged man with blonde hair, cold green eyes, and glasses. His defining feature is a scar on his right cheek, caused by a failed experiment to re-animate his deceased pet dog. General Attire: A long olive green trenchcoat, with a black vest, a white shirt (tucked into his pants), and a grey tie underneath. Black dress pants held up with a brown leather belt. A pair of black steel-toed boots, with hidden blades in the soles at the toe and the heel. He wears a red scarf with red blood stains scattered across it, and it covers his scar on his right cheek. Sometimes, he will don a black cloak, and a plague doctor's mask and hat. Extra: Despite being classified as a "mad doctor", he is completely mentally stable, and speaks with a thick German accent. Inside of his trenchcoat are an arsenal of experimental weapons, including (but not limited to) syringes (filled with a deadly neurotoxin that shuts down the brain in four minutes if not treated) he throws as darts, a luger he modified to be completely automatic, and chemical grenades. He carries a black briefcase, which holds his research data and weapon plans. Under the sleeves of his shirt are hidden blades, which he uses for self-defense against rogue freaks. History: A former professor of health and biology at a prestigious university in Berlin, Germany. He joined the ringmaster after a freak accident occurred during a show in Berlin, in which one of the freaks escaped and brutally injured the Ringmaster, and several other freaks. He quickly took action, and was able to use his poison syringes to dispatch the rogue freak, and used experimental medicine to increase the healing rate of those injured. The Ringmaster allowed him to join the crew as the show's doctor. Little does the Ringmaster know, that behind his back, he's actually researching how to cure the freaks' problems, so they can live normal lives.
Name: Mary "Monkey" Sabot Age: 14 Height: 5' 5" Weight: 90 lbs. Physical Appearance: Short, pale, skinny, average looking. Brown somewhat sullen eyes. Has short brown hair and usually confused to be a boy. General Attire: Prefers to wear boys clothes. Usually wears a brown knickers suit with a red and white striped tie, black oxford shoes, and a newsy cap. Extra: General illusionist. Can easily play cheap card tricks and other parlor tricks but mostly uses it as means to distract people from her small petty thefts. Is also known to be a great contortionist and climber. History: Born into a wealthy American family, she lived a fairly normal life till age 12. Little did she know, her father was running a chain of speakeasy across the East Coast, amassing this fortune. Mobsters quickly swooped in and began raiding the chain before eventually raiding her home and killing her parents. She managed to evade the mobsters that murdered her parents and managed to kill several in the following days before being arrested and sent to juvenile detention. After several weeks of planning, she quietly escaped. Running for several days, she came upon the circus. After almost managing to steal from Ringmaster, he agreed to let her stay with the group to entrain patrons before the main show began.
Character Sheet Name: The Genius and The Goon (Rickard & Jonesy) Age: 16 Height: 5 ft Weight: 160 lbs Physical Appearance: A gangly Native American boy with long black hair and bright eyes. General Attire: Wears pale tan slacks and varying turtleneck sweaters. Often wears many skinny plastic loops on his wrists. Extra: Has two seperate personalities. While Rickard, he is a mathmatical genius but seems noticeably weak. While Jonesy, he seems to have the strength of 5 men his size but also seems to have below average intelligence. The personalities have conversations with themselves and can switch between each other at any time. History: Rickard has no memory from before he was six. He had been put in an orphanage before then, and at seven he was adopted by a rich white family. At 10 he developed Jonesy as an imaginary friend, and at 13 he ran away to avoid being "commited to a hospital". He has since realized Jonesy was not natural. He joine the fair as a worker using Jonesy's strength, an eventually used his math genius to handle the money for the fair. Both personalities are very submissive, and don't really think for themselves.
Name: Project Omega Age: 23 Height: 5'8 Weight: 167 Physical Appearance: He is a human clone, white hair, blood red eyes, his blood veins are pure black General Attire: He wears a pure black sleeveless shirt, along with black jeans and tactical steel point boots. He wears a black mask that looks like a skiing mask, but made for combat uses only. Extra: Frost Blood: With the ability to withstand down to -50F, he has the ability to control ice for a short time. Heavy Combat: Due to his strength and skill in the battlefield, he can inflict heavier attacks and regain more stamina faster. Master Pick: He can pick any simple and advanced lock there is, but the more advanced it is the more time he will need to pick it. History: Created in Experiment Labs 2A, Project Omega was made to eliminate selected targets, mostly those who were wanted. He escaped and killed his creators, allowing the other clones (or projects) to escape with him. As they escaped, most had died from military command, but what was left had successfully broke out of the labs. At age 17, Project Omega had discovered the outside world, and would move on to a town that had clothes, shelter, food, and supplies. At age 21 he had thieved enough to where he had an appropriate amount of clothing and supplies and would move onto the next city or town. During testing he would normally be heavily injured and crippled. After each successful and failed mission he would be heavily punished beyond the breaking point of human emotion. He was always locked up in the dark cells where he had adapted to the darkness well. He was trained to be a dual wielding killing machine, the ideal weapon for the government to send to assassinate others. Project Omega was one of the first and most powerful clones who interact well with others, though prior to his history of horrible surgeries and punishment he is constantly quiet.

I modified the arsenal to accustom to the fact that this takes place in 1932, and in 1932, the Nazi movement was beginning to take effect, and doctors like Verkoffen were beginning to use their knowledge of how to help people to hurt them instead. Unless it said 1923, in which case, I am a moron.
Did the Luger exist back in '23? (Verkoffen was one of the few to be smart enough to avoid the German depression that came as a result of World War 1)
The Pistole Parabellum 1908 (A.K.A the Luger Pistol) was designed in 1898 ans was produced en mass by 1900 so yes, it would be safe to use in 1923. Another German pistol you might want to to consider would be the Mauser C96.
Name: Ringmaster, real name unknown Age: Somewhere in his 50s Height: 5ft 8 Weight: 143 pounds (65 kilograms) Physical Appearance: Fairly thin, gelled black hair with a long silver streak in the middle. Gold coloured eyes, heavily tattooed on his back. Teeth are virtually indestructible. Tongue is also naturally forked. General Attire: A brightly coloured ringmaster suit made up with various different colours from orange to green to purple and yellow. Top hat is pitch black Extra: Extreme superhuman speed and agility. Is double-jointed in both elbows, and able to crawl, flip and leap with extreme agility. Able to climb up walls and trees with ease. Able to hang upside down and was able to run on water. Reaction-time is vastly beyond superhuman, able to see in slow motion in various different speeds at will. Believed to possess four arms, although his second set of arms are retractable and can sink into his body and are very rarely seen in public. When in use, this second set of arms greatly enhances his agility. History: Formerly an old performer known as Viper, the Ringmaster retired from performing and took over the circus. Ringmaster is known to be very charismatic, like a snake, and is a very hard individual not to be intimidated by. His words and calm baritone voice also acts like "Venom", which increases his intimidation vastly.

He has bright yellow eyes, and short fangs in his mouth. His hair is black, and due to him attacking anyone with something sharp, it is unkempt and quite long. General Attire: Dark usually wears a plain short-sleeve shirt, shorts with a hole cut for his tail, and a red collar with a bell on it. Extra: Dark appears to be half cat, with black cat ears and a tail. He has a very basic vocabulary, about that of a 4 year old's comprehension. History: Dark is the result of a genetic experiment, trying to make a more agile human. Being deemed a failure when he was 5, he was thrown out in the cold, being eventually found by the freak show. He is usually found in a cage, biting or swiping at anyone who tries to come in.
