    Why do we not care about the mass deaths and atrocities that occur in third world countries, yet people get sensitive and panic over a single minuscule or minor (in comparison) act in a developed country?

    For example, the Boston Bombings. Three or four people died, and America went ape****. ISIS decapitates Christian children as young as being as an infant while performing unspeakable atrocities and murdering thousands upon thousands of innocent people, and nobody seems to care as much
