Well, if you let your dislike of said group affect your initial perception of an individual belonging to said group, then that is by definition prejudice, facts or no. So I guess more information is required before an accurate answer can be given.

So I was told not to go to my town and hand out candy on the sidewalk during Halloween. Apparently people will think I'm a diddler. That's sad. America sucks. Guess I'll just order pizza and do nothing at home.
These are both words, but they make no sense when they're arranged like that. Also, I've never heard of someone who hands out candy on Halloween being accused of being a 'diddler.' Whoever told you that is full of it.
I would be if I knew what I wanted to go as. I was myself for the last two Halloweens, but this year my mum is somewhat insistent on dressing me up. Though at least she isn't picking a costume out for me, that would probably be the worst case scenario.
