Soir came back into the throne room. "Luna jumped in the way of a spell to save me. I can't help but feel it's my fault. I have to make it up somehow. Fortunately, I can stop them from raising the undead." Soir was summoned several magic staffs. His magic emanated a putrid aura of hate. "These magic staffs suppress necromancy. If I place them at certain points throughout Equestria, they will destroy any undead, as well as prevent new ones from being raised." Soir despised Necromancy. It was unnatural. They'd likely raise Luna's body as well. He HAD to stop it.
Dark walks around the deathly city, gulping as he sees... Wait, no... That rainbow pony didn't look like that.... Or... No, no... He had disguised as her during the invasion! Must be a different... Bigger... Scarier pony.
"And something tells me we shouldn't have spared Soir Meister..." said Nightmare Glitch worriedly. "What do you mean?" asked Nightmare Spectra. "He knows about the undead army, and I think I saw some necromancy-suppresion staves in his saddlebags. If we let him place them, our army will only be limited to the living." "Right." Nightmare Spectra used telepathy to communicate with Silent, and said to him, "Silent, you remember how you said you could get rid of somepony quietly? Well, we have a real treat for you. His name's Soir Meister, he has a gray coat, blue mane and tail, and a tattoo around his left eye. We need him dead before he can cause any trouble."
Celestia knew that there could be no good news coming from another warning signal, and she asked him what it meant this time, then turned to Soir. "Alright, Soir, prepare to deploy those anti-necromancy staves, my son and I have a job to do."
"At once my lady." he said as he grabbed a blade from a nearby table. he grabbed his book on soul pushing and headed straight towards Canterlot.
(Levi) I couldn't really make out the full message, but there's one in particular that the staves won't effect...We need to go now, mom. Let's head to Cloudsdale and engage a cloaking mechanism I created. They only know how to jam magic-based cloaking. They can't affect my technology.
"It will be done, Princess." Soir then prepared his teleporting spell. "Good Luck, Levi." He said, before warping away. There was a flash, and suddenly he was in a tundra. He could see a large crystal structure not to far away. This was the first destination. The first stave would be powered by the Crystal Heart. He was only a few minutes away from the Crystal Empire, so he did not bother conserving his energy, and trotted as fast as he could to the Empire.
Nightmare Glitch then remembered something else about Levi... he had access to a non-magical cloaking device. "The boy, Leviathan," he said, "He can cloak himself without magic." "Cast a technology detection spell around the city," commanded Nightmare Spectra, "When it goes off, we'll know that he's here." "Yes, my love," Nightmare Glitch replied, as he cast the spell.
(Levi) *receives a vision through the Monado* Mom, screw being discrete. We're going in, and using full force. Ready your glaive, and prepare your arsenal of magic. The onslaught may be gigantic.
Killjoy shoved her ears forward and growled, she saw a small black thing in the sky. A crow? Her eyes narrowed and her claws dug into the ground fiercely. She flattened her ears and kept a good sight on the bird.
Dark slips off into an alley, changing back into his changeling form. He searches around in a few trashcans, taking out a few parts. "Okay... Need a distraction... Nothing too complicated..." he mutters, thinking.
As he flew his crow cooed that the target was now going to the empire, he changed his direction and flew as fast he can and arrived at the front gate of the empire. "Now time for a change of outfit." he said as he conintrated really hard on to change his physical apperance. in seventen minutes he completely changed his body to resemble Price Shinning Armor "Let unicorns do that with their normal magic." he chuckled to himself and waited.
Celestia replied, "Alright, Levi, but don't you think they'll be waiting for you?" Meanwhile, in Spectropolis, Nightmare Glitch remembered a certain ability Levi had... "He knows everything we plan to do. He can just sense it," he said to his queen. "You know Occlumency, right?" asked Nightmare Spectra. "Yeah, so?" "Use it. We can't have the little mutant brat knowing any more of our plans. In the meantime, remove the technology detection spell. He's probably not going to use that device anymore anyway." "At once, my queen." He removed the first spell and cast the second, thus effectively cutting off all telepathic links between them and Levi.
Soir arrived at the gates of the Empire, to see Prince Shining Armor. "Shining Armor? Weren't you at the Capitol planing the emergency response for the Nightmare forces?" Soir was extremely suspicious. He discretely summoned an estoc.
Silent smiled a fake smile as he walked over to his victim "We are, as a matter of fact the city has been completely evacuated. Come take a look." he said mimican the stallions voice so well. he then lead his target to a hill overlooking the city. the city was full of ponies going about their days as normal. "Oops...it seems I forgot." he said darkly as he brough knife up high and plunged it deep into the grey ponies neck.
Dark continues building his distraction, using various parts to make a crude music box out of an aluminum can, several short pieces of metal, and other bits.
