Silent nodded and he flew off to the battle, as he landed on the wet grass outside of the small town he called his demon soldier and commanded him to bring both the dead and living army, about seven hours passed and full might of the Nightmare army presented itself. Silent Conntected to both the lord and lady "Would my lord like see a blood bath or does my lady?"
He nodded and looked at his demonic soldier "Charge." he simply said and both dead and living armies stormed the town taking it off it's balance and he was proud see his undead creations spearing no one, not even the little fillies and colts. He chuckled to himself and though 'This will probably take a minute or two.; as he continued to listen to the screams of the innocent.

Soir had planted the rests of the staffs. All that was left was the one in the Crystal Empire. But without the Crystal Heart, it wouldn't have enough power for the spell. "What If I manufacture a crystal heart? Can that even be done?" Soir summoned a book about the Crystal Heart, and read up, while marking the pages. As he did, he drew another magic circle in the ground, adding and taking away parts. After an hour or two, the result would end up being a very complex circle with many runes and patterns going through it. He fired up the circle, and there was an immense light, and lightning bolts hitting the center. When it stopped, the result was a tiny Crystal Heart, just strong enough to power the stave and repower some of the Empire's defenses. He placed the Heart in it's place, and planted the stave under it. He would set off for Canterlot to activate the spell, but he sensed that Levi and Celestia were in danger. He needed their raw magic power to do this, so he used his illusion magic to disguise himself as a Nightmare Guard, and teleported himself to Spectropolis to free them.
(Levi) *coughs up blood* Urngh....M-Mom....I-I'm s-ss-sorry...I f-failed....*drags myself closer to Celestia and starts crying into her flank*
"Levi? Can you hear me?" said a voice in the next cell over. It was Twilight Sparkle, who had also been imprisoned. Meanwhile, Celestia was regaining mobility.
((Can we please just have fun? I don't want a repeat of the other MLP:FiM forum I just left. )) Mage stayed at his post, in a defensive position. He was still sweating and shaking a little. However... his determination hadn't changed one bit. ((Really not much else for me to do here right now I guess... ))
Dark gulps. "Great... You're here..." He mutters. "I thought you would be able to fight this... Being the Element of Magic..." he mutters, laying down.
Soir was in the prison complex. He waited around a corner, and waited for a guard to approach. After he did so, he grabbed them and covered there mouth, and cast a sleep spell. He took off his armor, and put it on, and cloaked the guard with an illusion spell. He looked through the guard's bags. "Score!" Soir had keys to the cells. All he had to do now was find Levi. He contacted him telepathically. "Prince Leviathan? Are you there? I'm in the dungeons, and I have keys to open the cells. IS there any landmarks or defining features of the cells around you that can help me find you?"
Soir rushed right to the cell, and opened it. "I've planted the staves. I'm going to teleport you to the center of the formation-The Canterlot Caverns. Once there, channel your magic power and recite this incantation, 'Guardian of endless, star-lit sky. Heed this call, and rend your judgement upon the unjust, evil and corrupted. I induce Holy Shine!' I've overextended myself today. I only have enough magic energy to send the 3 of you back. I'll find a way out. Soir drew a magic circle. "This will take you to Canterlot. Step in it when you're ready."
"I'm afraid I can't do that, however, I can cast an illusion that relieves pain." Soir horn glowed, and while Levi's wounds didn't disappear, the pain was greatly reduced. "Now go. Don't worry about me, I'll get back as soon as I can."
"I'm afraid the royals take top priority." Soir noticed the prisoner was a changeling. He fought back the urge to strike him down, but then realized he was victim too. "You Changelings can fly, right?"
"Not as fast as pegasi, but... Yes." Dark nods. "Also, you might want to free a certain 5 ponies that are here."
