Every universe! *Puts on Saiyan armor, a Scouter and a fake tail.*

 

That is not actually possible.
Due to the nature of the multiverse, everything has weaknesses that can be exploited.

For example, Alice is heavily reliant on [REDACTED], which makes her weak against [REDACTED].
Ninjakitty is a Toon, and thus has a weakness to [REDACTED], as well as [REDACTED] and [REDACTED].
Pirate Dog is unable to [REDACTED], Chivalry can't [REDACTED], and Dreamer is [REDACTED].
Hell, even I have a weakness. My magic can only be beaten by [REDACTED].

Also, I have the updated Scouter. It can read Power Levels accurately and has a kickass ringtone.

Scouters only work against Mundane beings, and they don't take into account weapons or armor.

Only wusses fight with weapons. Real men fight with their bare hands.
