While the sheet itself is good, I'm afraid that the events of the RP had been taken back over a thousand years in the past. Around 490CE (or AD) onwards. As much as I can tell that you've put plenty of effort into this sheet, enormous changes would unfortunately needed to be made. However, you will be immediately accepted upon making these changes. Sorry for the inconvenience, and apologies on my behalf. Seems I forgot to make some changes to the sheet and RP.

You could have united all of the Germanic tribes (There is a lot of them in the Early Dark Ages) into a single empire, since Europe itself doesn't really have any major force.

But then it wouldn't really be your character sheet. Just make some edits to fit a more a Dark Ages timeline. Don't know who exactly was around in 490CE? Use wikipedia.
Extremely overpopulated and the GDP is quite high. Realistically, I would put Germany at 1.2 million people. Other then that, your in. Also, tech is currently at the early Dark Ages. Just remember that
