Rachmaninoff's Second Symphanoy, particularly the 3rd Movement Explanation: It's ****ing Rachmaninoff.
This song pretty much sums up my mindset.
Ah, Rachmaninov. Such a refined artist. I'm rather a fan of classical music, much moreso for things like Moonlight Sonata.
ohhhhh how i love spanish guitar, if only i could learn how to play xP
I guess there are a few songs that express who I am as a person. 1. "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" by The Beatles is mellow like me, and sad and reflective, which I am only sometimes. 2. "The Battle of Evermore" by Led Zeppelin expresses my nerdier side, which I enjoy. 3. "Sick Little Suicide" by The Matches has some lines and stuff that I think are reflective of how I think society sometimes is. 4. "Sonny" by New Found Glory reflects how I think of certain friends and family members, and sometimes life in general. 5. "I Can't Decide" by Scissor Sisters expresses my sillier side, and my emotional side in one go. I'm sure there are others, I just can't remember them.
That's just classical style music played on a guitar. It is sometimes called "Spanish Guitar" because the Spanish were the first to develop the modern 6-string guitar with a wide fretboard, as opposed to the guitars of German influence before it which only had 4 or 5 strings. Technically speaking, almost all modern 6-string guitars are "Spanish" guitars. For instance, Yngwie Malmsteen is a classically trained guitarist, but I don't think anyone would call his music "Spanish guitar", even if he were to play identical scores. In Trilogy Suite Op. 5, he plays classically themed parts on both an electric and acoustic guitar.
I'm having a little trouble deciding on one single song to describe me as a whole (and maybe taking this text game too seriously :derpe SO, I decided to list several, because that's just how I roll! Spoiler: Metric s*** ton of music Nostalgic and a different kind of sad. Crazy fast and bouncy! The fact that it's on trombone is just a bonus! A touch odd. Me gusta. I don't have any reason to put this one up, save for the fact that I like it..... Awesome. I loved all the SH-soundtracks. Those of SH3 were very depressing, but just so frikn beautifull... 'I want love' is the best in my opinion, but I can't listen too much to it without turning emo for a couple of days. As for me, right now... My side that's struggling to be myself. My side that's struggling to keep up in this world.

I edited this post for a reason. Sorry - I just now realised that this video wasn't truly relevant to this thread. Thus, I have prepared another video. I believe this video express my life, (Before / After). This is soo my theme song.
Wow. I'm going to have to go through the thread (a bit slowly, even though it's only four pages) and listen to everyone's song. This is pretty awesome. As for me, well, I don't really know, but whenever this topic comes up, I always think of this song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELLYdloFctU Whether it's because I want to be 17 again, or I still feel like I'm 17, I'm not sure - I'll leave it for you to decide. Of course, it does vary from day to day. Bad days are like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtrEN-YKLBM Well, that's about it for me. Back to listening to other's videos.
Wow, those were particularly amazing. Great tune. And now I can't get it out of my head. *FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF*
This was an easy choice. Ths song fits my life's beginning and end. For 6 years I was in a hell hole. Everything changed when I came to Mexico. The first time I heard this song, I realized how fortunate I was to still be alive.
This is the song i would say fits me mainly cus its chill and really calm and if you were to meet me IRL I would probably be the calmest person you've ever met.
I'm reading that, looking at your cutie mark, looking at your OC, looking at your sig and even at your profile, and wondering why you're not posting Shpongle. Spoiler: Shpongle I am You Walking Backwards Through the Comsic Mirror Molecular Superstructure Definitely worth at least a check out, bro.
